No i have no such one spot. Every places seems to carry what they do and sometime that place will have what i,m looking for and sometime not. At that point its back looking at other sites.
I'm finishing up an all aluminum sleigh in a week or so, and I'm basically doing what you did, but putting springs both fore and aft to absorb shock loads from both directions. Teaser pic: i1169.photobucket.com/albums/r519/Liberty_Acres/sled_trailer_almost_done.jpg
Thinking out side box Thanks. Most of it is built from a Harbor Freight tri-fold aluminum ramp! A bit of thinking outside the box myself. ;-) I got the heaviest springs the hardware store had for the size shaft I'm going with, but I'm a little worried they may still be a little too light. Testing will tell.
Looks great box ..that will save the stress on the trailer ...
GoGreenPM Sure will Green. I was not happy with the rubber bushings. Not in the cold weather they don,t do anything. Thanks Green
nice job newfoundland
Where would you find a like that? Boularderie, Cape Breton
Not likely you would. These were made in my home town and the place don't even make them any longer. They stopped around 5 years ago.
Yeah I know you can get them online but there is so many sizes and different sites I thought you might have had a certain go to spot.
