Poof you need to apply backspin on some of the holes. Hole 5 for instance requires a backspin shot. Shot the ball a bit further than the flag and apply backspin on the ball to have it stop on the green or roll slightly Back. To do this, stop your Swing instantly when your remote is pointing down and flick your wrist a bit. It takes a while to get used to but it's required for the medal

he does know every club the game distinguishes hits differently, that's why he intentionally switches clubs several times. his problem is with the power bar being different on some shots even with the same club, like for example the wedge with a limit of 3 bars at 6:40 and then the wedge again with all 4 bars at your timestamp. this makes sense in real life as it just means you'd have used two different types of wedge for different types of terrain, but in the game it's always just called wedge so I understand his confusion

I think that by around 5:35 you need to switch clubs, because if you keep using the wedge, you will only get 3 out of 4 "dots" as the maximum of strength, times the 75% shooting force due to the fact that the ball is on the rough. So, in total, you only have around 56% of the max strength as if you were using the wedge with full strength in the fairway. Edit: The same happens with 7:00
The hitting the green platinum medal can sometimes be hard. But as long as we’re careful with our shots, we should be able to get a platinum medal. Still one of the best sports.
