I lived on the lake for about 15 years. The north end is where you catch them. I have only caught them in early spring. I use a gold or silver cyclops lure. Works well. Marked the fish at about 25 ft and they came up to get it. I suspect I had between 100 and 150 ft of line out. Hope that helps

I wish I trolled more
Trolling was my standard way to fish as you cover a lot of water. I mostly jig when bass fishing though
