Alvin McCranie so, the badge on the grill depends on where the grill came from (IC/International). I prefer the International Truck grill because of the large bug screen that can be installed. The IC chrome grill doesn’t have the tabs on the back to install the bug screen. I too think the IC badge is better looking but this was a case of function over form.
VispronetUSA to my knowledge they have these all over the country. This one was hosted by the Maryland School Bus Contractors Association (MSBCA). They have it annually. Vendors of the industry come to explain their products to owners. Plus, manufacturers bring their newest bus offerings which is what you see in the video. The IC pictured is mine:)
Nicholas J Honestly, Thomas is my least favorite company. Their buses just feel cheap. Our district switched to CEs and now Visions because so many drivers complained about the Thomas C2s. Also, have you seen Thomas C2s in accidents? They literally just fall apart, whereas Blue Bird’s proven body design holds up really well to crashes.
I think all these new buses are crap compared to the old Fords, INT 3800s. I miss the variety that they had back in the day. My hometown has C2s, Visions, and CEs and they all suck compared to the old Fords they had before.
Music Guy 22 I don’t think so, the 6.8L v10 is about to be discontinued by Ford/Roush. It’s been a great engine but I think the 8.8L PSI engine in the IC is just as powerful and more efficient. Honestly, I really wish Bluebird would redesign the drivers compartment and hood; I don’t care for either. They have great bodies though.

The body looks the same as the 2008 Blue bird vision I ride.
Telluride trust me, new BBV is so much better. I ride a 2020 BBV gas.
