Check your spray bottle for a small bubble of soap before you add distilled water to the bottle. If you do not see that bubble, do not proceed with the installation. Note that Screen Protech has a No Return No Refund policy. They also do not have a contact phone number, so you have to rely on email if you have any questions problems. Great video and easy to follow instructions.
I stumbled across your video tonight and now I know what I have to do thanks to you. I have the same vehicle and it is two weeks old. I purchased a product (from a well known source) that was supposed to clean and keep fingerprints off of my screen. I sprayed a little on to the "fluffy" towels that I bought off of them specifically for the screen. Imagine my shock when the screen turned hazy/blurry with the use of only a little product. I contacted them and they told me to use listerine or vinegar and take the remaining glare proof coating off of the screen. I'm going to try what you're doing once I remove the glare proof off the screen. Can't believe I'm going through this on a two week old truck. Thank you for the video.
I received the kit yesterday and installed both of them today. Thanks again for your video it helped a great deal. Oh...it turned out great. @@CanadianCruisin
Just installed a new set on my new car after my previous car was totalled at Christmas. Super easy install and I love how much the matte version cuts the glare and hides fingerprints. If you take your time installing them, they’re amazing. The only thing I’m less enthused by is the fact that the price has jumped significantly since I last bought a set in late 2022.
Thanks for this video - it helps me to see how something goes before actually trying. I like your hints/tips and experience sharing. Did you go with the HD or AntiGlare (sorry if I missed that).
I’m having the same screen delaminating issue as many others. Will try vinegar and ordered the matte finish Screen ProTech. Hoping the matte finish is as nice. Thanks for the install video
got mine on today. the infotainment was easy but the instrument panel wasn’t. ended up getting some dust in near the bottom but i couldn’t get an edge back to flush them out because it was already stuck down and the edges were beyond the trim. i’ll have to figure out how to get it out completely and then try again with my 2nd film. if that fails then i’ll just have to go without one i suppose
I just installed this. Not certain that i like it yet... I know forsure i didnt like the dashboard one but i did buy a 2nd kit so maybe ill try it again someday if i end up liking the screen protector.
I am a little OCD and always clean the screen with my onboard microfiber, does this film for the infotainment screen eliminate cleaning fingerprints constantly?
@@caseycaldwell5821 So when I installed mine it just didn’t look right when I was finished so I took it off. Thankfully I’ve barely been touching my screen. I will be retrying with the secondary protector that came with. Just take your time. Make sure the screen is clean and wet with the cleaner. Make sure the protector goes on wet and using the squeegee wet helps too. I attempted to pull one of the knobs off but it felt like it wasn’t wanting to come off so I left them on.
Did yours have like purple looking haze/scratch marks when you first installed it on the radio? I just did mine today and there looks to be some purple haze/scratch marks under mine.
My infotainment screen looks to have developed spots on it where I touch the most. Looks like the coating from the factory has worn off due to the oil on hand. Will this screen protector solve the spotty coating issue I have?
I was able to remove the anti glare product ( screen looked like crap finger prints / scratches and spots from where the previous owner pressed the most ) I used some detail spray and a microfiber cloth, still some small scratches but the anti glare coating is off. Looking forward to applying this screen protector to hide those and prevent future damage.
@@huntingwithcheney8671 I can verify after applying a glass screen protector the spots are almost non visible unless you know where they are and look very closely. Very pleasant surprise that the protector will hide the imperfections.
Put one on the main "infotainment" (whatever tha hell that marketing phrase means) screen in my 2023 Nissan Titan. It is SPOT ON AWESOME. Anyone familiar with the titans screen (and ill bet other Nissan vehicles as well) know that the screen scratches REALLY easy and the fingerprints on the damn thing look horrible. It looks like you've been operating the screen after eating a bucket of chicken. It looks like shit...I put the HD version of this on only the main screen (not the instrument cluster) and it solved everything. It looks perfect. fingerprints are nowhere near as prevalent and they simply wipe off with a microfiber towel i leave in the console. This thing should be OEM for all vehicles. I was very skeptical about it, but not now. Get it and put it on, you wont regret it
Na, I’d rather just go with the other ones tbh, ppl will mess that up for sure and I don’t want to have water and soap everywhere. I think that is worst than the others. Plus these are way more expensive too. Just my thoughts anyway

Hopefully this can clear up your problem. The Nissan screens are definitely not the best quality but this screen protector makes mine look brand new.

Where can I find more about how to fix this? Just got a used frontier and it has this problem.

You will still get fingerprints but way less and easier to clean off
Just installed mine a bit ago on my Pro-4X.
I just got the pro-4x a week ago. Screen already scratched. Nissan needs to do a better job with that.
How easy was the install?

Mine had a bit of a haze. It went away by the morning. I don't think it was purple though

How does it look after having it at this point?
Clear as day. Can't even tell its on
