  • Thank you all so much for checking out video 2 of the Arctic Cat 375 revival.
In this video we finally received starter solenoid and relay. WooHoo!
Also we explore fuel and carburetor issues along with the removal and wash out of the gas tank.
Finally we get to see if it will start using the button and if any of the other electronics will work.
As always please let me know if you have any questions about the vehicle we are working on.

If it is oscillating a little bit on the multimeter it is probably the meter as long as it doesnt bounce from 0.0 or 0.1 to infinite/very high number. The leads on your meter may be suspect also. Theyre likely not the nice silicon ones. Youre just checking for open or short on your fuse. 0.0 or 0.1 is short for all intensive purposes.

You nailed it Monty. Didn’t have a good connection when I was testing and the battery on my tester was about to die.
      Appreciate you watching and commenting.

Hey there! Thank you for checking out the video.
I cover it and wrap it up in the 3rd video but I would check the “hidden” fuse on the front of the solenoid in front and above the right rear wheel. I’ll bet it’s blown, if it is you should have a spare hidden on the bottom of the same pack. Hopefully this gets you going again. 🤞

I accidentally reversed my battery cables and blew that fuse on my 98 AC 400 4x4. It killed power to everything. It was only dumb luck that I noticed that a fuse was hidding under the cap. Ill be replacing it next week and cross my fingers I hope the wheeler starts. Me and the kids have been working on this for a while and had it running. Sure hope I didnt f it up and blow some expensive electronic part.

great vid! i have a 2003 artic cat 300 4x4 that keeps stalling after i use it for about 20 min and then it takes about 20-30 min for it to start back up. any ideas? i already changed the carb.

Thank you so much for checking out the video.
If you’ve replaced/cleaned the carb I would check the plug. Sometimes if the plug is going out that will happen. Easy enough to check the plug, look for wetness or build up.
Beyond that I would drain fuel from the petcock, from the tank, into a clear glass or container. If there is any debris at all you’ve likely found your issue. Unfortunately if that’s the case you will need to clean the tank and pop the carb off and spray out the jets and intake, needle/seat again. Once it’s out maybe check the float adjustment too, should be .05mm-07mm is it’s happy place. If I were doing it I’d shoot for .07mm. I put an inline fuel filter on every unit I have to help with this sort of thing just in case.
I hope this helps, thank you again for watching. Feel free to email me or Instagram message me anytime.
