thats his job. would you be polite in their position if you were told they cant do anything until a claim is processed? lol getting praises for doing the job youre paid for.
Faza z I'm talking about their attitude, the fellow they're being aggressive to has no control over their luggage and simply is part of a massive airline industry, yet they wish to pick on him because he's visible and available. Why be angry and hostile towards someone who's not to blame? How does that make your life or anyone else's life any better? They had reason to be annoyed, sure, but to take it in such a nasty way on a guy who's clearly a patient, kind gentleman, is just selfish, rude and counter-productive. What is he supposed to do, give them money out of his own pocket? Easy Jet has no cash money for these incidents, so he'd be personally out-pf-pocket every-time luggage is lost, stolen or damaged; at least every day. He should have stopped talking to them once he'd explained the procedures for claiming back damaged items, that's where his job ends, but he tried to talk to them, help them understand, and even went so far as to check lost property for a pram. I would be painfully polite and considerate, to the point of trying to make him feel not-guilty for being the fall-guy for someone else's mistake. I like to consider myself a kind and considerate person, but I will not tolerate such nastiness and hostility that these kinds of people project onto innocent parties. It's disgusting and unfair, and we don't need any more people like them in the world. We do, however, need more people like him.
Ferruzzicati it's not like he broke it. Nor could he snap his fingers and instantly get them what they wanted. And at the end of the day, they can carry their own kid like all of us did when our strollers weren't available.

If I travel with an airline, pay the price, check my bags etc, I EXPECT THEM TO ARRIVE WHEN I DO or IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN I CHECKED THEM IN! Which BUTHEAD here thinks it's unreasonable to expect that. The passengers had every right to complain and I too would get even angrier if I had a total dimwit pleb talking to me like the desk clark. 0:35 actually, mate, before prams were invented, parents spent thousands of years carrying their kids. It's not an impossible task, they're not both pregnant, mind you for all her repeating it they might as well be.
Jenna Smith but not for the whole trip, and bear in mind on the way to and from the airport they probably have a taxi, shuttle, hire-car, etc. There is no situation where he would have to carry all the bags plus the kid, save moving the bags from the accomodatiom to the kerb, and then to check in at the airport. In total, that's about 20 mins, max.
My thoughts exactly! And your pushacha can also break so does your suitcase etc etc etc. This is typical passengers who want something for free. And seriously, don't travel with your baby! What's the point if you gotta carry him a week as she claims?
They weren't mad because the lost and found stroller was actually more expensive than their old one and they were lying about how much they paid for sympathy.
Lou Cigna that's what I was thinking! No way was their stroller $250! It wouldn't have broken so easily at that price. I think they were just saying that to get a better stroller to replace their broken one. I do understand the mothered frustrations but they must understand it's not that gentlemen so fault nor his responsibility to find you a replacement stroller ASAP! Shit happens & he offered them a solution of going to near by store to purchase new one & to save receipt. I think if the airline wanted to go out of their way, seeing they were responsible for breaking the stroller, they could have called a local store for them, purchased a new stroller, had the store put the item in a taxi & bring it to the airport for them! The parents should have thanked him for going out of his way & finding them that beautiful stroller left behind as it was ten times better than what they had. That's why they were happy AF with it!
I feel so bad for the employee, he didn't break the chair, why are they yelling at him! Also, they have a good reason to be mad, but they should of handled it in a more civilized manner.
+Owen Taylor Not an excuse. Also the family are claiming the airline broke the chair. This doesn't make it a fact! That aside and assuming the claim was true and the airline broke the chair. That doesn't give this people the excuse to scream like animals at an employee, Especially as he was trying to help them! He isn't a magician, He can't just click his fingers and have a chair go poof out of thin air. He wasn't the reason the chair was broken!. They have the right to complain but with due respect, This man could have called for security or police to escort them from the building! Nobody has the right to intimidate another person! In the UK that is called breach of peace, Screaming in somebody's face is a public order offence that can get you a visit to the nick! This woman would have got the same result had she acted like a civilized human being, Instead she made a fool of herself!
Are you nuts? Do you honestly think this couple would be behaving like this if a Police Officer was there? No they wouldn't! They have a right to complain to the person at the help desk, They have a right to escalate that complaint to a manager or write a complaint to the Head Office if they aren't happy with the outcome of the complaint. Hell they can even file a civil case in court. But they don't have the right to belittle another person in public over something that a) He didn't cause and b) He is actually trying to resolve! He isn't paid to take abuse. That isn't tolerated where i come from! Cops here would actually come to that Rep's aid here if they were within ear shot of this. I guarantee you they would have been asked to leave the building if a cop was standing by!
I work in IT. When somebody is loud and demanding i tell them to go get lost, Any sympathy I had for their situation is automatically erased. Loudmouths think that yelling gets them somewhere. It doesn't, It usually gets them put to the bottom of the pile, hung up on or escorted from the property. We evolved as a species to treat each other with respect. Human survival depended on how we interacted with our peers. Assholes were the outliers as society shunned them. Hot heads would be treated with the same level of contempt that they treat others. Only today are people so shameless as to act this way in public. They think it achieves something, It doesn't. The Customer service guy was much nicer than i'd be. I'd have called security. This couple would have got the same result if they spoke with the guy like proper human beings. They're scum in my opinion! Also, I'm fully aware of how to be loud and obnoxious but i reserve that for putting assholes like this couple in their place.
That guy Leo has the patience of a saint! How can someone be so calm in the face of such shouting and abuse!? I feel so so sorry for all these airline workers who have to put up with such sh*t from unruly passengers. I once miss my flight from Luton despite being there on time ( lost track of time reading my book!!) but I didn't go round shouting and blaming others, it was my screw up and accepted it despite having to fork out and extra £280 to get to my destination!
Leo is great! There's a channel called ArthurTV and he's got a lot of great compilations up of Leo (and others) dealing with unreasonable and rude passengers. Over their on that channel we call him 'our patron Saint Leo' lol because he is always so patient and goes out of his way to help even the rudest of the rude.
A guide on how to get a free pushchair: 1- take a broken pushchair with you to the airport. 2- reach your destination, and file a claim. VOILA, a pushchair for free. Bonus tip: a pregnant wife/girlfriend may facilitate the hack.
I think I definitely would have been mad if my baby's stroller was broken, but I don't think I'd go so far as to curse and make a scene with not only my child watching me, but like a thousand other people as well. The best thing they could've done was have asked if there was some sort of replacement in lost and found first before demanding money. Glad the gate agent was thinking with his head on straight. Also, was anyone else bothered with them just letting their child have his face all over that dirty glass? That's just unsanitary.
@@lee48lee68 What's the fathers excuse ? . When I worked as a nursery nurse pregnant nursery nurses had to carry / lift children . Based on this she doesn't change his nappy because she's pregnant ? No excuse for her being a cow . The bloke helping them if trying his best .
@@lee48lee68 I have been through pregnancy twice. I worked up to my due date both times. I was a corrections worker supervising a unit of 60 inmates. My daughter's are 2.5 tears apart and I often carried my oldest, who was larger than that baby, throughout my pregnancy. I also had an acreage where I raised chickens, turkeys and pheasants. I carried buckets of food and water to them daily. Being pregnant does not mean you are somehow physically handicapped. I agree it's harder but we do what we have to do. I also know being pregnant is not an excuse for rude and verbally abusive behavior.
*family comes into the airport* "Hi we accidentally left our pushchair in the airport, we believe it's in lost property can we have it back please? :)" "Uhhhhhh...."
They could have acted like normal adults instead of all threatening and abusive and I bet the same solution would have been reached. You can be equally persistent and still treat the worker as another human being.
Hate to say this, but these people are so typical of people who have lived on the dole their entire lives. "You owe me this, you owe me that, get it for me now, now, now, no rules of politeness or etiquette apply to me at any level, but YOU, have to treat me like I am some kind of royalty." Abusive language, abusive and entitled attitudes, foul-mouthed, dishonest and unprofessional through and through.
This is so judgmental and utterly false. Firstly, why have you used the word 'unprofessional', they're in a foreign country on holiday, not in an environment which calls for them to be professional? Secondly, I'm sure they're not claiming 'dole' in the UK whilst, again, they're on holiday. Thirdly, all this matter boils down to is the airline breaking their expensive belongings which they need and they want to be reimburse. You're saying that they're demanding something unreasonable, but I don't think it's unreasonable to demand compensation from a billion pound company who is at fault.
OMG, as an airport employee, I would stood up and say to them "I will be with you in a few minutes as soon as I am done with current passenger" If angry customer was still be bitching at me, I would just call security and I am done with them. I don't need to tolerate angry customers when I am having a rough day as well.
Sadiya S on what grounds are they morons ???? They had no fucking pram and the real MORON was asking them to go buy one ?????? The man was trying to palm them off but is amazing how things get done when people are pushed
terry spencer The staff member is under no obligation to carry these entitled cunt's baby their pram got broken in transit, so that is likely a taxi so easy jet is not accountable for what a different company does with their pram.
heres the thing she only got the push chair because she made a fuss. if she had been polite the employee would not have got the push chair, in fact the employee tried to tell them to buy a new one from a shop at first. so being rude here got them a new push chair. Unfortunate but that's the way the world works now
I don't think so, if they were nice and smart they could've politely asked if the employee could check lost property. I think it's common sense to ask for more options than just yelling at the poor guy about your child being tired. Also, it's probably in the T&S agreement where if property is broken the company is not responsible.
Dear people with children, No one is responsible for you having kids (especially not Saint Leo). You don’t get special treatment because of your life choices. Either accept your responsibilities, or don’t have kids. Thank you.
Strange, they flew in from Geneva yet they knew how much the pram cost in English Pounds!!! Surely they wouldn't take a broken pram on holiday in the hope of getting a freebie?
"What do you expect me to carry my baby ALL THE TIME"? LOL well didn't you make that thing yourself?? "IM PREGNANT" That sounds like a PERSONAL problem!! "WE NEED A PUSHCHAIR!!" You NEED birth control lol "The real judge is baby Jayden" uhh, he is a baby, hes gonna take what he can get.
She. She's got a 1 year old, and carrying another child inside of her. People like that, are frequently pregnant. It's one of the few things that they can do consistently.
+Mark Glover ikr, I was pregnant three times and didn't feel hardly any different at all. A lot of people didn't even realize until I was in my last trimester because who cares!! Some women milk it for all they can.
How rude! I understand that traveling by plane can be tiring but you can expect to be given assistance if you treat people like that! AND ON CHRISTMAS!!
+Rachel Malik I've had luggage lost and never recovered but have never resorted to screaming and swearing at a frontline employee. I at least understand that they personally didn't lose my luggage, rather that it was some other idiot who was lucky enough not to be the recipient of my anger. At least I know how to keep calm and if the frontline employee has their hands tied, I ask to speak immediately with a manager and lay out the issue. It's not about the job or payrate, It's about basic patience and knowing who to blame and whp can help you fix your problem.
***** No, I haven't but I have had to deal with this after having been evacuated from a country where the people would literally kill me for being the race I am, escaping with a single suitcase, which incidentally got lost, and I was forced to leave behind my mother and father. So no, I have not had to deal with a crying child but I have had to deal with life-threatening situations, forcibly abandoning my parents, and then someone loses what I have left of my life, yet I still managed to be polite because I know the fault doesn't lay in the person standing before me. So, yeah, I think YOU can save it!
Screaming and being abusive doesn't help anything. Yes the airline should pay for it but it didn't look like a £250 push chair to begin with. It isn't the airlines problem you chose to have a baby and the staff can only do so much. Acting entitled like i am pregnant yeah and? Not screaming and threatening to break stuff would have been a better way to go.
+The Krowing Telling them the pram is broken is not the same as screaming abuse. Fact is noone cares this lady is pregnant. It does not give her special rights because she has a child.
+Brett_T7276 7276 I agree. It is just apparantly there is claims form for broken items and the couple did not want to wait to see if the airline would give them the money to replace the pram. I don't think she deserves special treatment for being pregnant either.
The airline representative was stellar. He maintained his cool, was very patient, accommodating, and efficiently resolved the situation while remaining respectful the entire time. He’s a real asset to the airline!!
So what she's pregnant. So what she has to carry her child. I understand the stroller was broken. But getting rude with these employees isn't solving the problem. Really?
Disgusting people. Life throws out shit sometimes so you just have to cope with it. None of us are entitled. Some days everything goes wrong, but most days we are just happy we wake up alive! Top credits to the incredible staff to put up with this crap.
I'M PREGNANT! I'M PREGNANT! I'M PREGNANT! I'M PREGNANT! I thought she was going to give berth right there and then its a fucking stroller not a BMW 5 series. The easy jet employee handled it very well and went above and beyond did those IDIOTS even apologies?
This is what happens when you get ppl who think they deserve VIP arrangements, but only want to pay £20 for it. Oh im pregnant! I'm pregnant! Then take the train bimbo!
Actually it was airline fault. The stroller broke in transit which means it's the airline responsibility. They are responsible to either refund or replace anything that was lost or broken.
That's called "being a parent!" Sometimes unexpected things happen, and you have to find alternative means, even carrying your own baby sometimes. It's no one else's responsibility but yours! Sorry
The customer agent should have called security. Why would he tolerate such verbal abuse? And then they get rewarded for their intolerable, beyond rude behavior by being awarded someone else's property? Ridiculous.
The couple definitely overreacted and we're very rude to that nice guy but clearly there frustrated like the rest of would be they've probably got off a long cramped flight there probably tired and organising a flight as a parent can be very stressful, the airline broke their stroller and he can't afford to buy a new one and after they had relaxed a bit they were very polite I think a lot of the people commenting rude things about the couple would probably have reacted the same way
Every credit to the poor bloke that got yelled at, it was his solution to a problem that he hadn't caused and was in no way responsible for. Well done sir, that's how customer service should be done.

She needs a smack in the mouth. Also why is she taking the blame out on him? He wasn’t even on the transit
we waited 1 hour ... well last time I flew with then I waited 6 hours, thats what you get when you pay 50 Pounds
My thoughts exactly! And your pushacha can also break so does your suitcase etc etc etc. This is typical passengers who want something for free. And seriously, don't travel with your baby! What's the point if you gotta carry him a week as she claims?
"IM PREGNANT" "i know bu-" "IM PREGNANT" "miss I kno-" "IM PREGNANT"
HexDev i know haha, Put the gun d- IM PREGNANT- but you murdered 6 k-IM PREGNANT
Use condoms and you won't be
Thank you !!!!!
I would be like "yeah, you're pregnant, not deformed. You can take turns carrying your baby."

you pregnant.. that's your husband fault
rosalind jones , Her husband? How can you be sure? I think it was the postman.
They're surprisingly pleasant when they get what they want. I hope they apologized and said thank you
theyre pleasant when the airline fixes the issue they caused.
well maybe they could've waited to see if the airline would fix it before preemptively flipping their proverbial shit.
That's why they were happy AF with it!
lol should have told them to go asda and pick one up for 30 quid lol
THAT’S MY PUSHCHAIR! I knew I left it somewhere.
"I'm pregnant, buy me shit, I HAVE A BABY!, IM FUCKING PREGNANT!!!!"
WE NEED A POOSH CHA
Omglo you're so racist
😂😂😂
ahahhahahaah
Good Girl Karma grow up
Good Girl Karma racist my fucking arse, get a life
In five minutes she'll be pregnant again
philnkris 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I feel so bad for the employee, he didn't break the chair, why are they yelling at him! Also, they have a good reason to be mad, but they should of handled it in a more civilized manner.
No the airline broke the chair, he is representing the airline so he will get the brunt of it, he handled it really well though.
+Dee Bee (mrdumpsterbaby) You need a different job. IT's like you got put in their place all the time where I used to work. In the unemployment line.
100% know that their push chair was broken when they left their house, they just needed a free one.
I was waiting on her blaming someone else for her pregnancy, cock a doodle do, any cock will do !!

@singenstattatmen5096 yeah shout out to arthurTV! and saint leo of course
Wow the airline worker was really sweet. Kudos to him
lambchopxoxo I think he's gay
How is sexuality relevant here?
I love what he did when he managed to get her a push chair :-)
After all that drama they had pushchairs in lost property!
The lost property items still belong to someone regardless and they can turn up anytime for it.
A guide on how to get a free pushchair:
1- take a broken pushchair with you to the airport.
“I’m pregnant” ok does that mean your arms don’t work? Carry your child! You have a grown adult man (the father) with you, make him carry his own son
True that! They were just awful people!!!
RachyLeigh1988 -You’ve never been pregnant have you?
@@lee48lee68 What's the fathers excuse ? . When I worked as a nursery nurse pregnant nursery nurses had to carry / lift children . Based on this she doesn't change his nappy because she's pregnant ?
No excuse for her being a cow . The bloke helping them if trying his best .
Never met a black or Muslim who wasn't 'entitled' and downright obnoxious.
Poor children to have a mother like that. What an embarrassment
*family comes into the airport*
"Hi we accidentally left our pushchair in the airport, we believe it's in lost property can we have it back please? :)"
"Uhhhhhh...."
JamesTavRule and she’s pregnant too
Ha ha ha!! "I'm PREGNENN!"
Lol these parents are like children. Once they got the push chair they were all happy and smiles like "Merry Christmas :D" LOL!
Definitely.
They could have acted like normal adults instead of all threatening and abusive and I bet the same solution would have been reached. You can be equally persistent and still treat the worker as another human being.
"I am pregnant!" you want a medal or something?
idontknow idonknow
No I want a free push chair !!! So give me one this instant !!!
No I want a free push chair !!! So give me one this instant !!!
You're saying that they're demanding something unreasonable, but I don't think it's unreasonable to demand compensation from a billion pound company who is at fault.
didnt they say they're from Switzerland? tbh you wouldnt last long on the dole in Switzerland, even if youre on Swiss welfare.
How would you know whether they're "on the dole" or not? And how is it entitlement to want to be reimbursed for their broken property?
Michael Halligan Shut the fuck up.
lekkki1 I know rich people like these two
Wow she is pregnant, can some announce that on the radio. ☺️🤣Just looking for free stuff.
if you have lost expensive something then lets see much you cry.

I used to love this programme. hope it is all on this channel.
What is the show called?
Todd S. Airline
Just because your pregnant it doesn't exclude you from the rules
"I'm pregnant, I'm pregnant "! Well, not my fault. I didn't do it, Leo should have told her.
OMG, as an airport employee, I would stood up and say to them "I will be with you in a few minutes as soon as I am done with current passenger" If angry customer was still be bitching at me, I would just call security and I am done with them. I don't need to tolerate angry customers when I am having a rough day as well.
Amazingly good customer service, this guy really deserves some commendation for this kind of ingenuity.
Kevin Spacey will be presenting him with a reward some time soon.
In case you don't know,, she's PREGNANT.
even the baby is laughing, like hes saying 'yeah i know, I'm actually related to these morons LOL'
Sadiya S on what grounds are they morons ???? They had no fucking pram and the real MORON was asking them to go buy one ?????? The man was trying to palm them off but is amazing how things get done when people are pushed
terry spencer Are you stupid? Sadiya is a Muslim name you imbecile.
terry spencer
The staff member is under no obligation to carry these entitled cunt's baby
their pram got broken in transit, so that is likely a taxi so easy jet is not accountable for what a different company does with their pram.
A Man your missing point .... he could of dealt with it sooner could he not ??? And he proved he could of on the basis he eventually did deal with it
heres the thing she only got the push chair because she made a fuss. if she had been polite the employee would not have got the push chair, in fact the employee tried to tell them to buy a new one from a shop at first. so being rude here got them a new push chair. Unfortunate but that's the way the world works now
Football Chat maybe it worked on him. But I do the same job and I would‘ve called the fucking cops on these Rude cows
Yes I agree. The airline would have gotten away with damaged property!
How is getting a buggy the responsibility of the employee?
He said they could bring back the receipt
I don't think so, if they were nice and smart they could've politely asked if the employee could check lost property. I think it's common sense to ask for more options than just yelling at the poor guy about your child being tired. Also, it's probably in the T&S agreement where if property is broken the company is not responsible.
Dear people with children,
No one is responsible for you having kids (especially not Saint Leo).
Those Swiss, they is smaht peoplez, you feel me?
"What do you expect me to carry my baby ALL THE TIME"? LOL well didn't you make that thing yourself?? "IM PREGNANT" That sounds like a PERSONAL problem!! "WE NEED A PUSHCHAIR!!" You NEED birth control lol "The real judge is baby Jayden" uhh, he is a baby, hes gonna take what he can get.
Kicks Do you whatch Airforceproud95
They destroyed her buggy, nimrod. If they destroyed your computer you'd be ok with that and just buy a new one. smh...
Just want to clear a couple of things up-
1 - how long are they here for?
2 - is she pregnant?
Let me get it straight , She's pregnant ?
+rgalang74 I was trying to figure out if she really was pregnant. hahaha
Whoever bothered to make her pregnant....well done mate, you deserve a medal!
theywere SO RUDE!ya ok your stroller got broken but you arent the only ones in the freaking airport with issues!
How rude! I understand that traveling by plane can be tiring but you can expect to be given assistance if you treat people like that! AND ON CHRISTMAS!!
+LollyHolly You are correct!
+Kas Qat : Yes you are right, thump up!
The poor employee... he is not responsible for the damaged chair
I am pregnant so I Cant
Understand
Normal
Thinking
she is so rude..
The airline representative was stellar. He maintained his cool, was very patient, accommodating, and efficiently resolved the situation while remaining respectful the entire time. He’s a real asset to the airline!!
No way that buggy was £250 ...more like £5.
Can someone clarify something for me? Is she pregnant by any chance? Because it's unclear from the video :P
Nikos N She said she was pregnant
MoonLitCat LOL Couldn't you understand the irony?
Nikos N Well everyone knows that you can't be pregnant unless you say so at least 9,000 times in a row.
Nikos N Not ironic.
LMAO ‘merry Christmas’ at the end 😂
Sophie Eccleston Yeah haha whata complete 180
WEEE NEEDA PUSSHAA CHER
You know why this mother failed to get good service with the airline?
She forgot to inform the airline worker that she was pregnant.
When they smiled at the camera at the very end, I still get like slapping both of them.
I saw shame in them
Do people from Geneva feel entitled like that?
Please nooo! I'm from Geneva and I'm cringing just as hard
I'm the lady just awkwardly smiling.
+blueshirt06 Birth
barth
+blueshirt06 250 pound stroller is not cheap. u think buying for baby is cheap? from russia it's so expensive.
+blueshirt06 Haha! Good description about that situation ..... thump up!
*birth
Sooo, just because she’s pregnant, that means she can be irate?
The baby is so unbothered I love it. Carrying a baby is a pain in the ass but it’s not the employees fault
I don't blame her! They throw your things around like its junk.
+Brooks Webb i know right. airline baggage handlers are so inconsiderate.
Doesn't give you a right to scream at someone... It isn't even their fault!
Whitney Pyant Thats why u make a claim first. Not waste everyones time.
Junior Midence wat and wait 3 months for them to send a voucher that they can use in uk they was only her for 1 week.
I don't think you realize that how much a pram is needed
That's called "being a parent!" Sometimes unexpected things happen, and you have to find alternative means, even carrying your own baby sometimes. It's no one else's responsibility but yours! Sorry
The customer agent should have called security. Why would he tolerate such verbal abuse? And then they get rewarded for their intolerable, beyond rude behavior by being awarded someone else's property? Ridiculous.
Those two should be very embarrassed by their behaviour.
It always makes me mad how entitled pregnant women are. Everytime. Everywhere...
It was probably broken already
so go buy a new one. probably already broken when checked
The couple definitely overreacted and we're very rude to that nice guy but clearly there frustrated like the rest of would be they've probably got off a long cramped flight there probably tired and organising a flight as a parent can be very stressful, the airline broke their stroller and he can't afford to buy a new one and after they had relaxed a bit they were very polite I think a lot of the people commenting rude things about the couple would probably have reacted the same way
You are just pregnant. Not ill. Its not a terminal illness. Also you have a 1 year old and you are pregnant again? How is this leo's fault.
"I'm pregnant! I'm pregnant! I'm Pregnant!"
Yes, father of baby... CARRY YOUR BABY!
+Doug Wells Yes, you got the point! He probably just wants to be a " seed supplier" but not interested in sharing work with that yelling woman at all!
Every credit to the poor bloke that got yelled at, it was his solution to a problem that he hadn't caused and was in no way responsible for. Well done sir, that's how customer service should be done.
DanTheStripe Definitely. Leo handled it very well.
Why did he wake up early ?....because you chose the 6:00 a.m. Flight because it was only 20 euro
