He is master of self-deception and intuitively manipulates others. He wasted his career and Cus would have been ashamed. Harsh but true. And you know it, Mike.
Let's not forget his being framed and convicted of Rape not sexual abuse but rape, as a life long Tyson fan I just believe him when he says he's innocent as a middle aged man who was a very good looking many in my teens to late 30s I have been in hotel rooms at 3 am with many females and it's was always for sex she knew what she was there for. Me bringing that up is just another set back his boxing was never the same after that 4 year lay off
I like where Angie is taking these podcasts, very humble and spiritual. Not chasing likes or view but a pure down to earth conversation.

Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and great reward.
And conceal your speech or publicize it; indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.
Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?
It is He who made the earth tame for you - so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision - and to Him is the resurrection.
Do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not cause the earth to swallow you and suddenly it would sway?
Or do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not send against you a storm of stones? Then you would know how [severe] was My warning.
And already had those before them denied, and how [terrible] was My reproach.
Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing.
Or who is it that could be an army for you to aid you other than the Most Merciful? The disbelievers are not but in delusion.
Or who is it that could provide for you if He withheld His provision? But they have persisted in insolence and aversion.
Then is one who walks fallen on his face better guided or one who walks erect on a straight path?
Say, “It is He who has produced you and made for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful.”
Say, “It is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered.”
And they say, “When is this promise, if you should be truthful?”
Say, “The knowledge is only with Allah, and I am only a clear warner.”
But when they see it approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will be distressed, and it will be said, “This is that for which you used to call.”
Say, [O Muhammad], “Have you considered: whether Allah should cause my death and those with me or have mercy upon us, who can protect the disbelievers from a painful punishment?”
Say, “He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him, and upon Him we have relied. And you will [come to] know who it is that is in clear error.”
Say, “Have you considered: if your water was to become sunken [into the earth], then who could bring you flowing water?”

Mike Tyson is one of the most fascinating people of all time. I love to see how he's evolved as a person. His way of delivering his philosophical ideologies so matter-of-factly and as his true self, is so fun to watch. He's a wonderful example of a complex Black man and a beautiful personification of the human experience.
It’s great that Mike asks questions for clarity. He doesn’t just go along to get along. He’s very introspective 0:38 fans are quick to say they love their fav celeb but will toss them out when they don’t serve them anymore. He knows being a celebrity brings transactional admiration .

Wow!! I’m only 25 min in and I’m so incredibly fascinated!! When he spoke about the brain scan and the anger/rage that was detected...Man, that resonated with me!! I’ve been exploring that part of myself a lot as of lately...and I plan to take that topic in for discussion when I connect to a new therapist. Oddly enough it was “Wakanda Forever” that opened my eyes to the possibility that my anger/rage is attached to my grief. We as human BEINGS are so complex.

I think that Mike's perception on himself affects the way he thinks WE as a collective view him (which is valid). He's iconic to us, regardless of his flaws. The greatest...without him having to give us anything at all other than what he's already accomplished. While brutally honest, there's a darkness to it that makes me sad. To be forgiven is to step back into the light... and I think that he thinks he's done sooooooo much wrong that he's too far gone; and I just don't believe that to be true. With that being said, I'm so happy that he's reached this plateau and can share his wealth of knowledge and wisdom. Long live King Mike Tyson 👑👑👑

MY GUY!!!!! He’s so respected, so loved. His kids better stop playing about Dad! Lol.. There has never been another boxer that came close to Mike Tyson. & I say that because he’s also in great health and shape! I was born in 88. I grew up watching and hearing about these things as he was in action, as a child. What a Giant and Legend he is. Not just American legend but worldwide. He’s not one bit full of himself.I love how happy he is and pray that God continues to hold him up in that light.

Say, “It is He who has produced you and made for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful.”

Say, “The knowledge is only with Allah, and I am only a clear warner.”
But when they see it approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will be distressed, and it will be said, “This is that for which you used to call.”
Say, [O Muhammad], “Have you considered: whether Allah should cause my death and those with me or have mercy upon us, who can protect the disbelievers from a painful punishment?”
Say, “He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him, and upon Him we have relied. And you will [come to] know who it is that is in clear error.”

I’ve watched a lot of interviews throughout the years and this is number 1. It’s the rawest, no bullshit, good intensions, pure positive energy. Bravo Angie!! Tyson, u’re the man! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🧿 and honestly, listening to him, I need to dive into the DMT research. He spoke about it many times.
I absolutely loved what Mike had to say about being the best that you could possibly be. It resonated with me because it’s where I’m currently at in my life and needed to hear in order to continue moving forward and accepting that I can’t take people with me. I’ve always had the mindset of if I’m moving up you’re going with me but I’m learning not everyone wants to move up and they’re comfortable where they’re at.
I love Tyson, especially in this energy. So many gems dropped in this interview.
Mike is just “That Dude.” A guy’s guy, down to earth, funny as hell, spiritually deep, honest, direct, humble and accepts all his f-ups. I don’t idolize Mike, but I certainly respect and admire him very much.
This is the epitome of surrendering to something bigger than yourself. He has surrendered to LOVE...It has put him in such a peaceful and transparent place. I'm so happy for him. I loved this interview.

When they are thrown into it, they hear from it a [dreadful] inhaling while it boils up.
It almost bursts with rage.
Every time a company is thrown into it, its keepers ask them, “Did there not come to you a warner?”
They will say,” Yes, a warner had come to us, but we denied and said, ‘Allah has not sent down anything. You are not but in great error.'”
And they will say, “If only we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze.”
And they will admit their sin, so [it is] alienation for the companions of the Blaze.
Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and great reward.
And conceal your speech or publicize it; indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.
Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?
It is He who made the earth tame for you - so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision - and to Him is the resurrection.
Do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not cause the earth to swallow you and suddenly it would sway?
Or do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not send against you a storm of stones? Then you would know how [severe] was My warning.
And already had those before them denied, and how [terrible] was My reproach.
Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing.
