Forget about Citi gold. I joined them and cancel within a year. Their service is terrible unless you are a big fish and you buy whatever they propose. Only one thing is good, their lounge is very good, other than that, forget about it. Have RM and no RM, there has no different, as the RM will not call you after you rejected them for their first proposal

This is also my experience so far. Just signed up for Citigold. The RM doesn't even bothered to reply whatsapp or email. When questioned he said he did not get the email. I'll still keep the account but let it naturally "downgrade" to normal a/c with small balance. Won't be giving more business to them. By comparison my RM in HSBC is excellent. Some time also luck whether can get a good and responsive RM or kena one of those di da pa ones. Nowadays sadly its the latter more often than not.
