However, this level specifically was very difficult for him, causing this level to be nerfed slightly (mainly his own part at the end and Findexi's part were affected). Then, in June 2020, an update was made (probably because the increased standards of extremes led to this level being at risk of demotion to insane demon) which both reverted said nerfs and made a few minor buffs. Most people know the first and final parts of the story, but fewer truly remember the original version.

You can’t really judge a lot of old demons off of looks (especially mega collabs). Phobos for example looks pretty easy but has so many difficult parts that you don’t realize until actually practicing it.
is it possible to do cataclysm unbuffed vs buffed? apart from the first ship, I don't think there will be a massive difference, but still would be cool to see the difference

This level is so unbalanced Creeper's part is a bit harder than everything else so that's fine I guess Guitar has if you ask me probably the second hardest part Viprin I think has a really dumb ship timing Findexi is so buggy and not consistent at all The final part isn't the worst thing ever but it's definitely really dumb
I was doing this level as my first extreme some time ago, just as the buff came out and it was so bad that it made me stop playing it. Idk, nothing against buffs, but making them several years post-upload + them making the level actually worse makes me annoyed af. The new version is so goddamn inconsistent.

I love most of the parts difficulty looks like it belongs to a medium/hard demon. Then there is Crack's dual ship

Cracks dual ship isn't that hard tbh, especially when you have Woogi, Zobros and Loogiah in the same level
