This house must be about $580 or so by now. My home in Austin has depreciated almost 10%… is this in Vintage Oaks? Way too much stone on this house for my taste though

@@NatRamirezRealEstate and since the day of my last comment I’m sure it dropped even more. Given the current market the only way to ensure that one isn’t under water is to offer pre-pandemic pricing. My home value dropped again so this property certainly did as well
