Too much of politics doesn't integrate science and statistics.
Regulations are made on group think over statistical analysis, certain governments don't even have a proper scientific sector.
No one is cognizant of all of the knowledge in a domain of study. I don't even know political science, so let me know what mistakes I've made.
This world is an enormously complex system with many discrete dimensions convoluted together. From my limited awareness in politics in Australia; the Australian government argues with itself by dividing the authority over discrete members of parliament. There are heuristics that this system uses, such as group think and biases that limit the diversity of mental frameworks that can be integrated to solve basic problems.
With respect to the massive leaps in computer science, such as machine learning and quantum computer systems, government systems need to integrate experts who are cognizant of these systems to represent political decisions.
These frameworks should naturally extend to other domains of scientific research that have their own boards of research in the government as a distinctive sector. This would greatly improve the systems of governance as political decisions would be based on mindware with scientific expertise over many different domains that this world operates in.
I feel like politicians like to think that they know everything. They make decisions as a group that completely feigns ignorance to most of the systems that this world really operates in.

The number of negative comments and snide remarks is evidence of how affective American propaganda is. It shows how many people choose to keep their heads in the sand. Most governments target propaganda for other countries, Which I think at least makes sense. But when the target of your propaganda is your own population, the government is working against its own people.

That's because India like the rest of the western world is hamstrung by special interest groups and having to accommodate them. For instance if there's a scientific field that might negatively impact a certain industry, that field won't get research funding or government support. Same with religious groups, labour groups, social justice groups etc.
China has one goal, uplifting their society by whatever means (excluding certain political reforms obviously)....it also helps that it is a collectivist society, instead of individualist which is one of the reasons western society is so fractured. It's a ME world instead of an US world.

Thus, R&D is perceived much more as a high-risk speculation. And stockholders invest for mainly for returns on money invested. So corp. boards, MBAs and such will not speculate on scientific ideas, hunches, etc.. My thinking is China is willing to take on risk/speculation as a form of infrastructure expenditure using public funds. -State backed R&D, so to speak.

Let me clarify something here for my fellow Americans: the word propaganda derives from the word "propagate," which means to spread or set forward. So anytime anybody is spreading or setting forward information they are engaging in propaganda. The question is whether or not that propaganda is factually accurate or not. In this case, the propaganda is factual. China is really doing these things in science and technology. The Chinese government and people who are sympathetic to revolutionary projects such as the Chinese Revolution frame this information in a way that misinformed or bigoted people will not be hostile towards China and support its endeavours. This is natural and there is nothing nefarious in that. I am a white American and I commend and applaud China for its revolution and its great achievements. I am not paid by anybody whatsoever to say this or to support China. I am actually poor.

As a Indian,We should Follow the path of China, Overlooking The political instability between the relations of China and India.,at least we have to be skilled.
But it is a matter of great regret that the chinese people are focusing on development and enriching their living conditions. On the other hand,India, Getting independence earlier than the china, merely focusing on hindu muslim riots.
No matter whuch ideology you resemble you should not hesitate a bit to appreciate the advancement done by the CCP.Yes,I know that they had to make many undemocratic decisions but afterall it is for the welfare of their people.
Why can't India Produce Skilled workers as PRC do?.You might tell that they are the different breed, hardworking, united for national prosperity....blah blah. But what lack the Indian People.Actually,The whole education system, the infrastructure system, the Economic empowerment project are all in a mess.
In the 60s and 70s ,Chinas civil war condition was worse than the african ones today. The main core problem is that The so called "DEMOCRACY".Indias path is not smooth In Democracy. The USA had to take 350 years to be a perfect developed and leading country.China took only 70 years to become the Next Superpower. And indians are fighting with the Trash fuckistan.
Our founding father said it right by emphasizing that First Indians meed to be discipined. For that ,You have to be in the autonomy System .Of course,UnDer A Reliable and Prosperous LEADER.
India has all the things that many countries do not have. But InDIA Needs a True leader who will only think for India,Unite the people, emphasize on economy first ,Self Production,Qnd DIe for the
    Country ""BHARAT"

If you decide to look it up to disprove what your hear or see your already a lost cause. Get your passport and go see the world and talk to real people in real places. American liberals are so brain dead and gullible. Guess you can dig deep enough to find the yellow brick road across the red sky to the pot of gold and pay your way to the place where Lies go to die. BUT... that would require throwing out what you think you know and having some self respect and admit you are worthy of the truth. BUT be warned... IT WILL NOT be easy to admit being wrong, now, and always... THEN accept that you have been lied to since the high-school. Very little if any of what you know is true/factually accurate... most aren't ready and just loose it cause they can't handle having their access to the tree of knowledge cut off to only be allowed to eat from the tree of life. In time even Terrence Howard (sp?) Seems tame... otherwise enjoy the lies and keep taking the blue pill if that is what makes you feel safe. We can't all awaken at the same time I guess.
