I know people are expecting a crow/bird for the plague doctor Hammer trailer set...but then I saw someone on Reddit point out that octopi have beaks (plague mask motif), sometimes poison (weapon status), and usually a good bit of intelligence (big brain in the weapon) and I WANT NOTHING ELSE MORE! Lol another cephalopod monster a la Yama Tsukami or Nakarkos would be great

It seems like the chains seem more of an illusion or 'trick of the eye' and are more a "it has chain-like appendages and would like to bring the heavy attention to said appendages" and actually chained up.

Like we see Ark use its chains and Rey lock it down with one of his wingarms, releasing a thundershock, and then Rey does like a aerial dodge to avoid the other whip, and... IF that's how the actual Turf War looks, I'm sold. (Not sure how much more "sold" one can be, seeing I already pre-ordered the deluxe edition, when I rarely even pre-order games, and have never bought a enhanced edition game before... but you know, vibes ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥)
dude im so happy that MH caught on, before souls games we had this and I was that weird friend who rather play MH freedom 2 then halo 3 and words cannot describe the absolute joy because for a while after the PSP died out and MH games were Nintendo exclusives I just stopped playing and then it happened MHW and all my friends were playing and I felt such joy seeing fatalis seeing rathalos and finally I didn't have to learn Japanese to play MH frontier, cuz those days were sketchy I had a Japanese friend who would sell me his ID from japan to play but then I would get locked out the server after a couple of days when they figured out I wasn't in japan, but to see 3 mainline console games back to back not since Mh 2 on ps2 was amazing and now I cant wait for this the good stuff from rise with the graphic quality of world, and you cant believe how long I've been waiting for interactive worlds that wasn't boss gimmicks, like a actual world with seasons,
At 0:25, in this video, the hunter seems to use something akin to a wirebug, or the wedge beetles from World, although you can't actually see what they're attached to - its just out of shot. Sneaky! Wonder if you can use your not-actually-a-clutch-claw to grab on to flying endemic life or small flying monsters?
SPEAL TIME If you merge the main theories there will be 4 areas each with an apex with an elemental affinity towards the place and the other 2 weapons are the other apexs there will be Rey: lightning, Uth: water, The pastel purple and green mantis/crab thing: ice, and The (hopefully squid) beaked creature: poison (I personally think fire is unlikely for the color scheme)
Wraith definitely holds the Skeleton of Gore Megala, so I’m happy and hopeful. But also, a mid range whip Hunter weapon could be cool, I think of Insect Glaive and Seltas. Bad hunters=trips galore, great hunters=hyper strong damage dealt!

I do think gore or lagi have more personality and more Interaction with us hunters. We get like 3 or 4 times contact with nergi in base world until we defeat it. It isnt presented to us as our rival all the way (because of zorah). We see Lagi and Gore pretty early in their games and get a connection with them. Then also Malzeno or Vhelkana arecpretty awesome. But i still love Nergi
They have to add diablos, black diablos and barioth, at least diablos. It's a massive desert. This literally is diablos territory, not sure about Barioth tho...
I respect the hustle from Ragegameing but I do find it hilarious how I mentioned during the state of play in a discord call these my buddies they were going to milk the fuck out of that trailer. Regardless chase that bag dudes!

4 smaller circles in the logo, I'm guessing 4 locales and the 2 other monster armour sets we know about come from the apexes of those regions
The quema in Quematrice is Spanish in origin, so the que is pronounced exactly like the letter K. Just like you'd say queso.
