Eventually, probably not in his lifetime, but I expect it to go that way as we move into a new interplanetary relationship, using starships to travel
Or at least that is my hope for mankind to have an extra planet to run to. Lol.
@@StopListenThink I think it is sooner rather than later. With the progress SpaceX has been making and their deal with Nasa, I think a big manufacturing line is a necessity. But who knows, we’ll have to see

I think the future of Tesla isn’t a bad idea to go in growing their factories per state with EV and just about anything that Tesla has it name behind it peoples would trusts and buys . However , just because Tesla has build themselves to that reputation doesn’t mean can slack off and get any crap to sell either . I like them to get more involved in longevity in medicine n producing organs parts as I think that is so Important as I think aging is a painful diseases to grow old n suffer from falling apart . No matter how successful someone is they need to be able to enjoy life n choose when they wants to die not their age tell them to

As long as Tesla and Elon Musk mix it up a bit every 5 years and creates a whole new vehicle design already on the assembly line, then the giga factories will work out for hundreds of years to come and Tesla will be on top of the world for a very long time, also, they need to use extra space to create new products and designs to mix it up a bit more, even little tesla toys made by tesla would be a huge hit, just look at the fact they sold out of burnt hair perfume/cologne but yet have not even started production nor passed out a single bottle. I hope all his master plan parts come to fruition and shoot humanity toward the stars... before WW3 WIPES US ALL OUT.

The more cars you make the harder it becomes to increase production by 50% the following year. I can see, with a lot of planning you can get from current 1.8 to 4.0 but after that I see annual increases more likely drop to 25-30%. China has blocked a new car factory for now. Germany faces a lot of objections, mainly VW sponsored. Texas should be fine for more expansion. Mexico may have a lot of political issues and people wanting a share of the pie. Spain could be a good choice as they already hae a lot of auto manufacture and possibly many of their factories will start to close after euro 7 rules applied. I think as you approach 6m a year, they will need to look at more model variants based on current chassis, some coupes, grand coupes, convertables, maybe buy say BMW if they are going bankrupt for their brand name7patents/factory space and make (Tesla) BMW cars.
Once again, Tesla makes cars, but it's not a car company.

It seems that all I hear about is the advantages of the giga die casting process that is going to be used on modern Teslas, but in the video I only saw about 5 seconds of anything that even looked like a die casting, a brief moment where a robot is pulling a casting out of a die casting machine and another brief moment of castings sitting in what looked like an inspection laboratory.
Does anyone know anything that is actually a fact and not some fanboy rhetoric?

Whoa, this Tesla Gigafactory logistics video is blowing my mind! Not only do we have cutting-edge technology and insane logistics, but I'm seeing connections to pre-ice-age civilizations and powerful grizzly bears. And don't even get me started on the design elements that seem to be straight out of the ancient Egyptian pyramids! Elon Musk is taking us to new heights of human achievement, and I can't wait to see where this goes.

You know what really grinds my gears? People who think logistics is cutting edge. I mean, come on, private rail networks and water roads? That's nothing new. Volkswagen's got one of the biggest private rail networks in Europe, and yeah, it's impressive, but let's not act like it's the space race here.
Sure, they move a lot of cars around every day, but so do other car manufacturers. And let's be real, moving things from one place to another has been happening since the beginning of time. So excuse me if I'm not jumping out of my seat with excitement about this so-called cutting edge technology.
I mean, call me crazy, but I thought cutting edge meant something that's truly groundbreaking, that's pushing the boundaries of what's possible. But private rail networks and water roads? That's just old technology with a fresh coat of paint. So forgive me if I'm not impressed, but I think we can do better than this, don't you?

We are talking about modern cars here, vehicles of all types that are used around the world, your regular Tesla is just biting had has no other utility! And your Tesla yes relies on the infrastructure that is built operated and maintained by those cars! VW even builds RVs in house plus multiple other commercial vehicles.

@@bhhenry Mercedes alone with the UNIMOG which is the most versatile vehicle in the world is used for almost everything and everywhere for agriculture to mining, construction, Overlanding, rescue, even the army uses it! Those vehicles are used to go the remotest places for all kinds of projects and applications. I still don't see the utility of EVs here!
You're completely over stating how many robots Musk "completely ripped out" from the earlier model 3 production lines. Let alone how many were subsequently returned once the manufacturing process was further developed.
Rant begins... I wish people would stop saying "Elon Musk's" this and that. Yes, he is the ideas man and comes up with some truly radical stuff but not without help from 100's of thousands of people working with him. The people who actually make his ideas work and throttle down his bonehead ideas never seems to get due credit. Tesla will be building cars on Mars before you know it.
With Mars being 1/8 earths gravity they’ll likely be flying vehicles.
People would be foolish if they aren't invested with Tesla. So much growth year over year and I dare anyone to tell me another car manufacture is going to out pace Tesla. Elon and crew is evolving into a overwhelming masterpiece of a well ran company.

The company is designed to discover opportunities and respond with measured improvements continuously. Already a proven process productive and profitable. Yes, they will continue to grow successfully and when they reach market equilibrium embellished recycling is ongoing.
What is “embellished recycling”? I haven’t heard of that term before and google is no help. Recycling on top of it all?

All is great but, as Tesla owner! We need more service centers and part for the service center. You can build but you should be able to fix them, this could be Teslas down fall!!
I’ve only ever gotten awesome service! On my home driveway! Waaaaaay better and cheaper than legacy car companies! And all managed effortlessly through the App!
@@Berretotube I agree but with 600000 cars coming we don’t have enough service centers. I’ve had great service also.
My service center is the best, mobile came to rotate my tire right in my driveway. They call ahead to tell you how far there are and the exact time for arrival.

Sad thing is, that the american production cars are not ap to par with their chinese counterparts when it comes to manufacturing quality. You can see these comparisons on plenty of videos.

I disagree. Those are old tapes. OR, I'd like to see the Chinese cars to compare. I took delivery of a MYLR from Austin one month ago and have ZERO (0) fit and finish issues. Not one. It's a beautiful car.

Sorry, these vihicles (MS and X) have been shipped to Germany and were scrutinized. Watch those videos. Better than 2018/2019, but still far behind the chinese production.
@@andreaswagner8356 One of the problem with MS and MX is, paint! California has a very strict guideline for what they can use in their paint mixtures. I took a find to a Tesla showroom before she placed her order, MY built at GigaTexas paint job was far superior to my '22 MSLR.

Well. then the regulation includes unpeinted areas, bumps in the paint, because of dirt and other things? I doupt that. And about the poor craftsmanship is omnipresent in some cars.
I think electric vehicles are mostly a dumb as hell solution in search of a non-existent problem, but if their sales help the human race get to Mars, I'm all for them and I might just buy two!

Tesla and SpaceX are different companies. Although they do share their tech. The profits from the cars are funding FSD, Optimus, Solar and only Tesla know what else. Starlink will be funding Mars.

That idiotic looking Cybertruck could be the downfall of Tesla. First I don't think there is near enough buyers but that is my opinion as I'm sure they've done marketing studies. Secondly, there is no practical use for it what so ever, especially if you are looking for a vehicle with pickup truck capabilities. Probably sell a few to techno-nerds but for the average Joe, it just aint gonna happen.
