    How would you like your steel sir? Oh just a mixture of what ever you have on hand, the composition is not that important. A few old bike & car wheels would be nice tho.

      Им проще и дешевле сделать 5 "мягких" или "хрупких" деталей, вместо одной качественной.

    These are the guys who can do anything, and fix anything, using primitive processes and methods. But they haven't quite mastered safety shoes yet. Something tells me that there are more than a few large castings around with toes in them.

    Respect to the workers on all that hammering and what not but I would think in an industrial system for the sake of Time savings a pneumatic air chiseling system of some kind would be very advantageous for those people in that case 😂

    I'm trying to think of how many safety rules were ignored in this process if that was made by US workers. Are those blessed sandals those men are wearing with fire proof clothing? Wow ... just WOW !!!!!!

    • @westers1514
      @westers1514 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Those sandals are Government Approved fireproof, steel toed high impact sandals. Also it's typical to lose half a dozen workers per day due to 100% body burns, heavy chains and equipment accidentally falling from above severing body parts or worse, workers accidentally getting between a prepared pour of molten steel and form work, that there are always ample supplies of extra Government Issued heavy equipment work sandals to go around keeping everyone safe and thankful for their concerned Government Safety Controls and caring watchful company personnel keeping them as safe as is possible while not losing a minute a month of production time.

    What’s the yellow stuff is it sand ? And why it gets hard when they blow air in
    Can someone explain please

    • @miningking70
      @miningking70 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Hello Sir, Yellow is not sand! But we call it castables or a form of ceramics used for smelting. You can't understand unless you mastered smith making! Fire is the master builder making goods or needs! Let me stay on the subject matter, it's a chemical compound that contains 90% Alumina. Essential for casting/smelting. This you see is highly advanced skills of makes!😮

    • @laserbeam002

      Not sure about the material used for the casting BUT they are not blowing air into the sand. Those probes you saw are actually vibrators used to vibrate the material. That forces the air in the material out allowing it to be packed harder. People pouring cement do the same thing. They vibrate the cement/concrete to force the air out.

      The Mold for is made of a mixture of sand and liquid silicate binder which is hardened by passing Co2 gas over the mold.

      carbon dioxide. the sodium silicate mixed with the sand will harden when exposed to co2, binding the sand and creating the strength of the mould.
