It would be dope to get some modern style garage doors and get them on the house as well. Would look soooooo slick dude. Painting the steel is a good idea too especially around the doors and windows. It is Texas but just having that moisture on the steel every now and then, it'll rust. And don't worry too much about water in the backside, it looks great, if it ever does leak in, just swale the lawn lower than the grade of the pad so the water has to climb a shallow ditch to get up onto the floor.

About the daily advice today. I've been doing so much better since I got out of my last relationship. I have no intentions of looking for another one because I discovered that having a SO isn't doing anything for me but causing more issues at this point in life. I've been working on myself hard for about a year now and it feels so good to just worry about me and change myself to get closer to the person I want to be. Your daily advice truly works wonders, almost exactly a year ago I got a tattoo "Do The Maximum" which I'm sure you remember when you said that. But that spoke to me and didn't leave my mind until I got it inked.

Cool product I saw on the Demo ranch steel shop build, they use a form fit foam barrier to seal between the exterior sheeting and the angle iron on the floor.
I think glass garage doors would be pretty clean but that’s just my opinion. Shop Is looking great Evan love seeing how much progress you’ve made all the years!

Make sure to put in a ceiling because when it rains , you won't be able to hear or film! The steel roof makes the rain sound 10x stronger, I have a 40 x 80 shop and before my ceiling it was LOUD!!!

I don't know if you're already planning on doing this and I know its another not completely necessary expense but I would definitely recommend epoxying that floor before you move everything in. The you won't have to worry about oil, power steering fluid, trans fluid or literally anything staining the floor in there, and it looks amazing when its done.

And BTW you can seal the concrete to make it look good for about $1-2/sf check out H&C Decorative Concrete sealer. You'd need about 16gal for 3200sf. All you do is paint it on, super easy. **W H E N I S T H E N E W C A R R E V E A L ???**
