It is sampled routinely by environmental technicians.

You stick to the road on the left and drive behind the plant. I believe that road will take you to the small lake. I believe there is another way in off of racetrack drive. But you will need a 4x4 to drive up what appears to be about a 15 foot or so dirt road thats got a really steep incline.
