@David Hess my guess is that he uses save states with frame/speed reductions. He plays both characters. Its almost as a rpg with rounds.

Bison at his stronger body.. This is the way he is supposed to face Akuma and maybe a tie.. Akuma is still a little stronger but.. the way Bison disappears and appears.. it is awesome.. Akuma has his own movement that puts him in position. His ultimate move is stronger too. Maybe Psycho power is a little weaker than Hatsu Nadou.
AKUMA: the final boss only to Evil Ryu
BISON: the final boss to everyone else(Except for Bison himself who's final boss is Ryu)

No, Shin Bison is more powerful than even Shin Akuma. The game mechanics of SFA3 pretty much made Shin Bison OP. Interestingly, Charlie manages to kill Shin Bison but dies in the process. Akuma eventually kills the M.Bison clone.

Es cierto, osea akuma es tan fuerte que solo con su poder base ya le es suficiente para dejar en ridículo a bison, quien este último le da una paliza o llega a darle pelea a muchos personajes como los otros 3 grandes maestros (balrog, vega y sagat) a guile, viper, seth, juri han, las dolls, ken, ryu, etc
Y lo peor es que tiene 2 transformaciones que son shin akuma y oni que lo vuelven mucho mas op de lo que ya es
