Love this one Chris! Platewear seems like an obvious one but I've seen so many plate choices by companies over the years that were just disasters, and yet as a manager you are expected to tow the line on someone's terrible purchasing decision, only to have them spend millions two years later when they realized their mistake. Also, interesting the popularity in the use of mason jars by restaurants the last 5 years or so. It always seemed like such an obvious choice to me but it seems to have really exploded as a way to enhance the look and presentation of desserts. Great stuff in this video Chris! Really enjoyed it!
Thanks Paul! Yeah, beauty of mason jars is they are inexpensive and plentiful, I'll admit I use a fair amount of mason jars at work, both at the bar and in the kitchen. Hope you are doing well!
