Winter wasn’t the most ideal time to visit but I just so happened to be passing through so it was still fun to explore the churches and the main downtown area

2:39 A banker, JD Graves- not a mayor built the funicular. He cut his lunchtime commute by 30 minutes, which allowed him a nap.
