To get to the rear header nuts use a 1/4" drive with a universal knuckle on top of an extension bar. Nice clear Valk instructions - I will be recommending you in the Valk groups.
At 4:25, it looks like the bolt was unscrewing, a little bit? Was that the case? And at 5:40, you spoke about a bolt going into the carburetor. Is that right, do the exhaust bolts go all the way up to the carbs? I wouldn't have thought so?
It’s the red lift made by craftsman and purchased at sears. You will need an adapter for your valk that is bolt on to lift it level (and safely). Those can be found on eBay.

You can’t trust a mechanic who uses his torque wrench to break torque.

No he misspoke. He meant to say the bolt goes into the cylinder head.

Use a pick or a flat head screwdriver. Probably the simplest part of the entire process..
