Thank you! Cold weather, I would head farther south in the state. Several State Parks are open in winter that have hookups if you want that, too. We have winter camped all over the state and the state parks are the best bet for that if you need hookups. Thanks again for watching!
@47rhorvath Oliver Lee is a good choice in the winter. Pretty sure RobinT has a video on that one. Great hike up neighboring Dog Canyon. Plus, not too far from Mad Jack's BBQ in Cloudcroft! Datil Well BLM site is another good spot. Has a few sites with hookups and bonus telescope pads if you're into some astro photos. If the Gila is snowed in or muddy, Datil Well is my go to spot to stop and figure out where to go next. And on the off chance you're Ray of 70s John Marshall HS, hey -- it's been 50 years.
