    this is the new lpdi system for direct injection . vialle is the best producer of lpg conversion kit in the world.

    6 years/200k kilometers with LPDi by Vialle instaled to my VW Passat 1,8TSI (BZB) taught me not to trust in innovative (not very well checked) solutions. Through this time I felt like "guinea pig" for experimentation of innovative technology (btw I paid for that pretty a lot). I lost a lot of time in garage during warranty period, then I had to replace 3 (damaged) High Presure Fuel Pomps, 1 Vialle fuel pomp and 1 set of fuel injectors. Additionally I had and up to now have constant problems with tramendously high LongTimeFuelTrim, hard starts on gas, often lost of fuel pressure when swaped gas to petrol and last but not least emulation of coolant temperature even if petrol is selected. Unfortunatly techicians facing those problems usually are helpless because they are trained to instal rather than to solve complexed technical problems. Dispite of nice presentations, based on my own experience I am sorry for those of new clients who may have similar cases to my with your even more complexed "innovation".

      Almost 300.000kms in a Polo 1.2 TSI here, Vialle LPdi, clean engine, never starting issues, just regular maintenance. I believe the HPFP was replaced once in this time, furthermore it's running like a champ. Last week it also was up to -12°C in my area and it starts always in a single shot. I try to drive around 10kms on petrol on every LPG tank. That keeps the petrol fresh and the starting of the engine healthy! 😎 Long term fuel trim is no issue, always around 3%... ;)
