I expanded and canceled 3 times as he invested into cannons. I kept my cool and held off the voids as I was teching into Hydras. I'm freaking out man!!!! I'm on cloud 9!!!! Never done that. At 2:28:58 Vibe guessed his opponents supply was 64-68. During the replay analysis at 2:50:45 we find that the opponents supply at that time went from 65 to 68. That's some GM game sense right there.
Vibe might not see this years later, but this content is still paying out to newcomers and old timers returning after years away. I came back after several years to find myself in bronze. Vibe got my feet back under me in a matter of days. Eyeing the old diamond rank from plat already. I would have spent weeks to even get back to gold on my own, I was lost!! Thank you doooood!!!!

The guide is old, but its absolute gold. You are such a G, my dude. Just got into plat 2 from plat 3. It was quite the grind in 2024. Plat 2 and 1 is the old diamond 2. I'm pretty sure it's mostly because of you. I understand the concept of this game, and all its parts so much better, and now it's just slowly refining each build, getting a little more efficient in this are and then that area. I haven't died to a canon rush or bunker cheese yet. E Z P Z baby!

Vibe I came to say, after watching your cannon rush game, I had just won using the 3 ravager + drone up on expos. I delayed losing my main long enough that I had 3 additional bases when it fell and 150 supply when the opponent had 60 supply in stalkers. I crushed him with roach hydra zergling and I will cherish that replay forever.
I never understood the people who say vibe is just free styling on low elo players. I’ve seen those videos and this is not one of them. Since following this man, I’ve gone from silver to plat and every season i am slowly moving up. The game is more interesting, more challenging, and just more fun.
@@krajekdev or the zealot attacking the expo instead of suiciding in the main. But as ViBE mentioned, that requires more attention from the opponent making the contain less effective. if the void or zealot head out that makes the ravagers that much better at cleaning up the cannons/batteries.

Hi ViBE! I started playing on the ladder seriously for the first time starting in August this year. I was initially placed in Gold 3, which was appropriate for my skill level at the time. It's now November and I just hit Diamond 3! It's all thanks to your videos. This has always been one of my favorite games since SC1 came out and it feels nice to finally feel like I'm half decent. I guess I'll have to start learning how to micro if I want to keep going - without sacrificing my macro, of course.

Playyyy! This series brought me back. It really reminded me of the playground that is an SC2 match. It’s crazy how much better the game gets with some knowledge.
So the reason it was so hard to max out at 9:00 was because I was getting ling speed every time, and building a spore at my bases at 5:00. Stopping that has made it so I can max at 9 or just before every time. I’m trying to follow the rule of not reacting to something that isn’t happening. If they come in my base with stealth I will transform an overlord like ViBE does and react accordingly.
I think that was a perfect game to start off with. Aggressive open back into macro roach timing. I’m still ONLY doing roach hydra till I reach diamond. Keep that macro training going!!!

I really felt that Diamond Analogy, my builds fall apart pretty quick when I get messed with esp, if they show a unit I need to counter. And my counter unit wasn't part of my game plan so my tech routes are messed up
I don't get the gas before pool comment, if you do pool before gas with hatch first you'll eventually end up with inefficient mining instead of efficient gas because you always have at least 16 drones on minerals going 18 gas 17 pool leaves you with perfect 16 drones on minerals
Hey guys, does anyone have the build orders for all-in attacks with mutas and nyduses? I was looking for them at Vibe´s replays and he only had the replays for diamond 1. I looked at platinum league replays and nothing there either.
Is it just me or are NA rushes slower than EU. A diamond bunker rush on EU has one, sometimes two up before the hatch has finished. One time I've had 3 across the ramp walling me in completely. This is hatch first build, with stacked drones, hatch placed at 300 minerals sharp, there's no delay.
From what I gathered from other videos, he is adding variety to open up more builds. He was focused purely on macro until diamond where he slowly introduces micro. He says it at the very end as well, but up until now we’ve been doing “the tutorial” and now it’s time to learn the game for real. (I’m only D3, so what do I know? But >
I'm just a silver league scrub jumping ahead ... but you appeared to have very little creep spread in game one. Was this because you de-prioritised creep spread with Queens to allow your early aggression, or was it you playing as a Diamond league player ?
This is where I stay and die, in d3. My brain just can't get past f2 and I can't shift, control, click eggs into a control group fast or efficient enough to not completely break down when I try. And to do it in the middle of an attack or something? Will never happen.
You are talking about not being able to breath. Have you looked into jaw realignment surgery ? That is usually one of the most common causes. Your jaw maybe set back causing the breathing issues. Not sure if that is the case but worth a look brah.

To be honest, some protoss are better at denying your exterior bases. One void ray would be enough to deny whole expo 😭

Yes you can. There was a point that you would have never got diamond from the skill you had at that time. But you got better!
