Love my Juke. Lots of power and extremely fun to drive. Mine is a 2012 and I've had no problems w/it. Front seats are very comfortable. Push back seats down and they lay flat. I was tired of ordinary looking cars so was attracted to the Juke. To each his own.
Engine side, if you don't mind the exact spec I want to buy one.

Had the opportunity to ride in both this week . the cx3 is a nice car although the infotainment system looks like an after thought sticking up in the middle of the dash .. I really like the older Mazda 3's , the cx3 doesn't just give that driving experience , it's more like a toyota Camry , gets you there .. but boring ... The Juke was instant winner in this comparison .. and was purchased

just bought the cx-3 gt and it's an awesome ride. test drove many others but the cx-3 stole the show for us.

I totally agree with your choice of the CX-3 as preferable to the Juke. I live in Japan and I see a lot of Jukes on the road here and also a lot of CX-3's. The Mazdas just look so much better than the Nissans. One thing I really dislike about the Juke is the way it looks from the rear; the way it bells out like a piece of Baroque furniture for no reason....weird!

The german gramma in english senteces is awesome , left germany 14 years ago and still have this problem ,but very informative video, bought the cx3 and im very happy with my choice although they had to fit inn som spikes on the winter tyres and of cause they had to set inn the armrest wich i think is build very cheap it is noisy and moves a lot downward the 2019 model seems to have a better solution

Thanks for folding the rear seats of Juke to see how much boot space it has, that's a deal breaker for me if my check-in luggages won't fit.
My opinion is biased, as I'm a Mazda fan. They do make excellent cars for the market they are in, borrowing design wise from VW/Audi. These cars will be on the roads for more than 10 years and will still look good then. The electric power steering (EPAS) Mazda uses is one of the best on the market. Paired with the automatic transmission, the CX-3 is one of the best around town vehicles. No weird design cues here. They gave the car four of the same handles (unlike the HR-V and Juke).
Juke. I've not warmed to its design nor to the way Nissan has tuned the CVT. Honda could teach Nissan a thing or two on engine and transmission matching. The turbo does suit this car, but the dials and such look very gimmicky on the inside. The would have been better suited to having this with a single screen at the top of the dash, like the CX3.

+gbriank1 Im mazda biased as well. Im speaking from the us market. A couple of more inches here and there would of been better. Also since they tapered the rear they wound up losing some precious cargo room. I think and this hard to say they might of went a touch too small.
A juke nismo will/has walked a prepped cx-3 around an autocross course. Juke nismo was made for canyon carving, the cx-3 for everyday practically
@@drrightwing4435 With aftermarket modification, the CX-3 can match the Juke. But like you said, as is it is a great everyday car. If you have the money, I'd upgrade to the CX-30. WOW! A huge improvement by Mazda and the Turbo engine it is surprisingly fast.
Ps if the hrv adds more power, led or xenon lights, and a little better suspension it would def be hard to beat..but as is.. Slow as hell, rough ride, and halogens 😜

You cant have a car,like the cx-3,where you cant fit 2 people in the back.Drove the Juke and the cx-3 and i must say both are great driving cars.The lack of rear space swings it for the juke for me but in the end payed a little more and got the CX-5.nOW THTS A LOVELY SUV TO DRIVE.
I just got a cx3 and have driven the juke many times, also test drove hrv and most others in the class and luxury compacts like the BMW X1 and Mercedes gla and Audi q3.. And honestly the only other one I would take is the Mercedes gla250 but fully equipped like the Mazda it's over 40$$ it does have more power.. But other than that the cx3 is by far the best overall compact suv for the money.. The juke is also faster but lacking everywhere else.. The only thing Mazda needs to change is 1) add power seats 2) update the infotainment system to make it a little easier to use, it requires too many steps and could be easier to use. Otherwise great car..sporty, good gas miles, handles great, led lights on my GT, and despite sport seats it still fits a big guy like me comfortable..not the case with the juke..especially in nismo trims.. But cargo space kinda sucks

Juke for the engine, Mazda for pretty much everything else. I'm leaning towards getting a Juke myself.
Test drive both. My Juke has leather seats and I added a few other things. One was a larger rearview mirror w/ compass, and a couple of other things. It is a 2012 and still a power house. Visibility is better on some cars. It sets up higher than some small cars and I like that. It is very fun to drive. I'm curious as to what you did buy if anything yet.

Das Review zum Madza CX-3 war wohl ein bisschen übertrieben. Als "Premium" würde ich dieses Auto nicht bezeichnen, nur weil Stilelemente von Audi, Mercedes und BMW verbaut sind. Man sah es ja an den Reglern für Heizung, Lüftung usw. das sieht alles sehr billig aus. Vorallem, bist du garnicht auf die Amraturen eingegangen, es gibt keine Kühlwassertemperaturanzeige, keinen Analogen Tacho und keine Mittelarmlehne vorne. Die muss im Zubehör dazu gekauft werden. Das Platzangebot für diese Fahrzeuggrösse ist alles andere als bescheiden. Kleiner Kofferraum, wenig Platz im Fond. Das kann ein Skoda Yeti mit einer Länge von 4,23 m alles deutlich besser. Madza hätte ihn auf den Madza 3 basieren lassen sollen, dann wäre mehr möglich gewesen.
+We Ka Das mit dem Platzangebot stimmt, da ist im Fond und Kofferraum nicht viel übrig. Die Qualitätsanmutung habe ich aber als sehr gut empfunden, gerade im Vergleich zu alten Mazdas!
When I took Mazda CX-5 for a test drive, it turned out that touch screen was getting disabled when driving, only good if you are stationary. Is it the same with CX-3?
Another point - I'm 1.90 tall, and it seemed to me that front seats are too narrow and shoulders would be just floating with no support - what can you comment on that?
+Roman „Rams“ Gubanov touch screen disabled while driving ? Didnt notice that. 1.90 m does work with the CX-3, however that CX-5 would be more comfortable for that.
