Thanks for video. We got down to the LEDs and just like yours, a single LED was burned out. We got the P/N off the LED board and found a vendor in Canada selling one for $90. Then we decided to remove the single burned out LED. It has three solder pads. The middle appears to be only for support. We removed it and the LED board did the same thing. All other LEDs worked but went out in a few seconds of being on. Finally, we bridged the two pads (positive/negative) where the bad LED was connected using a thin copper wire we pulled from junk. Tada! It works. You cannot tell a single LED is missing and we were able to get it back to our customer within two days vs. waiting for a part from another country. Would have never thought to look at the LEDs. Thanks guy! P.S. you can use youtube CC to translate but it is still challenging to figure out what he's saying. Key part was he said he got the replacement part from another broken TV.
Great video, great tutorial. I have one but I checked all the LEDs. They are all working. Still get the four icons on startup and then tv off. Then four blinking lights. I was thinking it may be the power board. Don't want to replace the mainboard if I don't have to. Love the videos. Keep up the great work.
hello jose The 4 lights can also be made by the driver but to know what the driver is, you have to check if only one LED is not turning on first if you already have a TV check again see if there is any that looks something weird that goes wrong if everything is fine can change the driver I am selling it at a good price.

After I put it Ll together, the light changed to amber and green. I did the update via usb. Once it was done with the update. It just flashed white. Then an hour later it was back on but did the same thing as before. I'll try the jumper trick. I read about it in a forum. They didnt have enough information to risk it. How much is the specific board you are speaking of?

I have a XBR - 55X900B, my screen does not flash, or show signs of light. Goes from white led then clicks out to flashing 4 red led. My Sony BRAVIA KLV-32R512C / 2015 is not working normal. I have been facing problem since last 4-5 days. The green light in front panel of the TV is constantly blinking. hello me friend you need buy the usb new clean properly and then download the software on the sony page then you have to do the following 1 disconnect the tv from the stream 2 connect the tv to the power and at the same time connect the usb to the tv before the usb turns on it flashes and leave it for about 30 minutes the usb ba will be everything until the full tv turns on

I have a WORKING FIX - and it doesn't require a new PCB or LED strips! IF your TV still turns on and displays a picture brifly (sony logo, android..etc) you can fool the TV into thinking that there isnt an issue. Great video, I was just given one of these TVs today with the exact same issue. I've started disassembly and am trying to have it fixed in time for the Super Bowl. Does anyone know how he gets it into what I am assuming is some sort of "test mode" at the 9:57 mark when he gets all of the LEDs to light? Sorry, I do not speak Spanish.
Actually it's not the LEDs. I did a firmware update and now it's stuck in Purity mode (panel shows solid red, green, blue, white, gray). I'm thinking maybe t-con board, since the colors keep flashing even when LVDS cables to main board are disconnected.

i have this problem, but i need to know how to actually disassemble the panel itself. There is water stuck in the screen that I need to clean and dry. Does anyone know how to actually remove the diffuser panels from this set?
when water gets inside the screen the only thing it can be the issue is that in that tv it gets hot to let it run for a whole day or two without turning it off so it can dry the water, its better if you try that first before opening it
@@partsboardsservice.com2009 there is no way for the water to dissipate. I have already tired. The water is stuck and is sealed inside the panel. The way this tv was manufactured, the panel is pretty much sealed and I still have not found a good way to disassemble the panel to dry and clean it. If you know of a way to remove the lcd from this assembly please let me know

The LED boards are not on the market. I have to wait for broken ones to come in and cannibalize the parts.

Try this first .....Grounding The Bl_Err Pin On Cn6402 Pin 2 May Allow The Set To Function. Pin 3 Is Ground, So Just Solder The 2 Together
