Cucumber Lime and Ginger Drink
Ingredients List

2 1/2 cucumbers
150g ginger (or to preference)
3-4 cups water (or use a juicer)
3 limes or lemons
1-2 tbsp honey (optional)

Why not?
Juice the cucumber.
Juice the lemons.
Juice the ginger.
Put all in one pot.
Add required water for strength to your taste.
Sweeten with Raw honey.
You can also add a few mint leaves when you juicing the cucumbers.
Awesome.
It's easier to juice.
You could juice a whole lot of ginger and store it in a 16oz mason jar in your refrigerator.
The same with your lemons.
Juice a bag of lemons, pour into 16oz mason jar and store in your refrigeratorYou juice the cucumbers when u are ready to make your juice.
Easier and faster. That way your raw ginger and lemon juice is always there for your required drinks.

Good I don't have to peel the skin off the ginger just finished watching your cucumber only juice video but I have these ingredients and a regular ninja blender so I'll have to strain mine as well looks so good and refreshing 😀 😊

I first discovered this juice on a trip home to Barbados several years ago at a very fancy restaurant and have been making this ever since. However, I juice the cucumber ( no straining required) and do not use any water at all just the juice from the cucumber. So refreshing especially on a hot summer day.

I like this blend minus the honey. You used hella ginger. I can handle roughly 2 or 3 thumbs. I'm obsessed w/ cucumber juice right now. Yesterday, I made a gallon of fresh cucumber juice and w/ the leftover juice, I ended up juicing some starfruit and it was simply divine. Cucumber/starfruit is forgiving, hydrating and slightly sweet.

Okay, I tried the recipe on Saturday, it is fantastic. it took a while to make because I had to skin the ginger. that was somewhat hard to do without losing so much of the ginger. I did everything but the honey, because I juiced some apples instead to add sweetness. The flavor was great.
Use a spoon to peel the ginger
Always remove ginger skin nd use.
Try using a spoon to scrap the skin off the ginger..works great☺
