He wanted Russ, who isn't a great defender or 3 point shooter, needs the ball in his hands and will score mostly near/in the paint...which is exactly how LeGM plays. How's that going to work? What he probably needed was a scrappy 3nD player who moves well without the ball or a bigman who has extended range but plays great defense...because those are the things he doesn't do 😅

The problems with Lebron are that he is uncoachable, he plays one way (star players have to change their play in order to compliment Lebron), silently backstabs teammates, and he doesn't respond well to criticism. I recently had a debate with a fan boy about these reasons. The only way for that Miami Heat team to work is for Chris Bosh and D-wade to change their playing style and be more like role players in order to compliment Lebron. He silently stabs teammates in the back. This video didn't touch on this, but Lebron silently went to Coach K to try to get Kobe off the USA Team because he didn't like how Kobe was leading the team. He didn't team D-wade that he was leaving Miami to go back to Cleveland. D-wade found out the same way everyone else did. He threw Russell Westbrook under the bus (I think he knew Russ wasn't a good fit on the Lakers team, but he needed to blame someone, and so Russell Westbrook was the Scapegoat), players get traded due to Lebron backstabbing them. Finally, if he doesn't like a coach, he will get them fired. He doesn't take criticism, and it's gotten so bad that the media purposefully will blame everyone else but Lebron. His attitude to the game is very different compared to MJ and Kobe Bryant. I'm not saying it's bad, I'm saying it's different. Kobe said it best. "Lebron isn't like me or Mike. He's built differently. He wants to be loved, me and Mike don't care about that other than winning."

LeBron James is a coach killer just like any other NBA player who didn’t like their coach. Pat Riley refuse to fire Erik because he is the best man for the job. It’s too much pressure to play for him and he gets frustrated when things don’t go his way. Some of the players refused to play for him because they couldn’t stand him. Some of the head coaches refused to deal with him.

James has been toxic to every team he's been on. If they lose, his teammates get blamed. If they win, Lebron gets all the credit. He also can't play within a system that isn't catered toward his bagless talents.
Lebron always perform either win or lose the question is does his teammates perform? Even their job is just to make the open shot but still they are missing it. So who should we blame? Is it bron for making the right play or his teammates cant perform to a simple job?
Um no, first go around with Cleveland was basically just him and the only help they could afford to get him was a past his prime Shaq. @@mod7065 "Accolades and records say otherwise." No, not really. Not compared to MJ. LeBron is top 10 for sure based on his accolades even considering that he handpicked his own teams for more than half of his career but it's his longevity that either does or doesn't make the difference for somebody in the GOAT argument (and to me it doesn't, because then Karl Malone is a top 10 all time player). MJ has 10 scoring titles to LeBron's 1. 5 MVPs to LeBron's 4. MJ has 6 titles with Finals MVPs to LeBron's 4 titles with 4 FMVPs. MJ has a DPOY and was a three time steals leader. LeBron was assist leader once. MJ has more all defensive teams. And so forth. MJ still has enough of a solid and obvious edge to where it shouldn't be debatable. And LeBron having a losing record in the finals is undersold by his fans for how bad it looks in terms of GOAT. No GOAT in any other sport, including team sports, has a losing record on the biggest stage but LeBron's fans want to sweep what used to be such an important standard aside in order to put their guy on top. It's easier for them to denigrate past eras, blame his teammates, blame his coaches, say the competition was unfair, anything but to put the blame on the supposed leader of those teams for coming up short in key moments. They're even so pathetic that they take to drawing comparisons to young Jordan on his early bad Bulls teams losing lopsidely to the dynasty Celtics in the first round as if that's equivalent to LeBron losing badly in the championship round with top 5, top 10, top 15 players on his rosters.

-Media talks about what gets clicks. LeBron is the only player whose legacy threatens MJs GOAT status, so he’s gonna be the focal point since he’s better than them. -Love and Bosh did have to restructure their game, and as a result they’re champions. Good role players become great if they hit their open shots and play defense. Nothing can be said for Westbrook he ain’t a number 1, 2, or 3 he’s just a hustle player now. You’d need god to make him effective. -Can’t dispute that. He was always the best player on his team. His style of play worked. He is a bus driver, so the situation is simple. Got on or get out the way. -If social media existed back then Kobe’s allegations would’ve ruined him and people would’ve been on Mike like they were on Harden for going to clubs and gambling. Let's be honest. When Bron's teammates/coaches get traded, there is no way his decision and presence isn't a major part of it. No organization would trade/acquire pieces away without Bron's knowledge or "go-signal" because every org he played in, he reiterated that he was "that guy" they should build around with and it wouldn't make any sense to bring in players who won't fit in "Bron's system". I don't hate LeBron. But man this is facts. This is the reality why LBJ is hated. His hurting his own legacy by his own GM stuff etc. The worst part of it is that, when his team losses it's others fault except him. But when his team won, he grabs all the credit. As if he did it alone. And LBJ most of the time don't hold himself accountable. And sometimes he's an irresponsible teammate. He throws other under the bus. I never seen MJ did that. Jerry Krause even praised MJ that "MJ never approach him to draft a player or trade a player". MJ is also coachable. He always listen to his coach and let the coach do his job. MJ is not micromanaging stuff. He understood that he's a player and as the team captain he led by example, yes he can be an a**h*le sometimes as a teammate especially when he punched Steve Kerr but he led by example, he was a role model to his teammate to a point that his teammate rise and was up to the challenge. Even Scottie Pippen benefited from MJ. Lot has been saying that Pippen is better than MJ. Pip wasn't even a great player when he entered the League. He only averaged like 11ppg in his first 3 years. Like BJ Armstrong said in the Last Dance "Scottie has a raw athletic ability, but he doesn't have MJ had. The consistency and the competitive drive MJ had" Scottie grew as a great defender learning from MJ. MJ was the reason Pip prove. But anyways, going back to the conversation, Mj was a great leader. He never threw his teammates under the bus. When he and his team lost, he never blamed them nor tgrow them under the bus. He even congratulated and shakes the opposing teams and players hands when they lost. I saw an interview of MJ when they lost against the Bad Boys, MJ said "They we're a great team, and they we're the better team and hopefully next season we can go back and play better against them". That's what great leaders do! They always up to the challenge and leave by example.

No, not really.

Should’ve been the 1st unanimous MVP, but someone picked Melo of all players. He should’ve won DPOY considering the guy who did, Marc Gasol, didn’t even make the all-defensive 1st team that year. LeBron has always been recognized as pass first, and the 1 season he focused on scoring he was number 1. Idk I see your points but I hate that he’s punished for losing on the grand stage, when others flamed out early. Lebron is ridiculed for other things. Not being considered number one is just projecting the inferiority complex... him and his fans. Lebron's attitude is why people ridicule him. @@firefistace2024 I mean fire it was proven false.
Every team he played for got a lot of young players/veterans traded away to accomodate his wants/needs and acquired players that could support his style of plays. The problem is, they went in on so much trouble getting Bron what he wants thinking that was a start of something big but in the end, everything just falls out and everyone's starts criticizing him because he couldn't get them a ring despite all the trouble to accomodate his needs.
This is a great summary video for those new fans (started watching in the 2020 opandemic and don't have the attention span to sit through whole games). They should now understand the hate lebron got early in his career and his failures.

This is so true 👍
Instead of trading players, Mike led his teammates by example. Sure, he can be an ass, but the results speak for themselves. His teammates understood what Mike wanted to accomplish, so they rose up alongside him, proved that they could be trusted, and won.
i think the reason lebron is so impatient is because his ultimate goal is to surpass michael jordan, so i he doesnt want to waste time on a rebuilding team when he had already wasted his first 7 years in cleveland with them not building a championship roster around him. Hence the decision and the rest is history, the GM moves are going to be more frequent as lebron is aging and wants to win now. Mike had an organization that actually tried to build around his talent and along with that he never had the expectations of becoming the greatest of all time so he never really played the gm role, but i'm not sure how contracts even worked back then and how players could be traded and how often.
@@fyntc I'm sure LeBron knows chemistry is must, but I think you're right that he's impatient.

This video shows why most people hate him more
Scrutinization came from his extreme self-promotion. He took advantage of everything that social media offered. Nobody can have their cake and eat it.
I was surprised that the video was only 16m long!

Dude just said he was universally loved in his first Cleveland stint 😂😂😂
His own teammates disliked him because the media was already saying he was better.
MJ fans disliked him instantly because he was already getting comparisons.
Nice video but you either didn’t watch or were young at the time.
That was before the cavs pick Lebron.... + MJ fans wasn't hating on bron yet before 2012
Ok but we not about to act like that was the same level of hate as after the decision not even close. KDs time with the thunder up to 2016 wasn't all sunshine and rainbows either. Challenging LBJ for best in the league and the fan bases going at it and okc recoving so fast from their move n things but you'd be crazy to say there was actual hate there. More or less the same thing here. Basically what you get from somebody who was ready to take s*** over the moment they entered and everyone knew it.
All those guys left CLE after LeBron's rookie year lol.
They didn't hate him because the media loved them. They didn't want to change their role for a teenager who didn't prove anything yet. Keep in mind those guys were still trying to establish themselves in the league.
Imagine you at work and your boss comes to you and say you're going to take a paycut and lose some responsibilities because a new college grad is going to do your work

One thing for sure, Bron may be a great player, but definitely not a great GM
and he acts like he's so smart off the court too 😂
He’s won titles with every team he’s been on that he’s called “the gm” for
LBJ may not be a great GM, but he is certainly better than the "GOAT" who drafted Adam Morrison, Emeka Okafor, Michael Kidd Gilchrist, & Tyler Zeller in the top 5 picks. MJ has zero ability to evaluate talent, which should tell you how much of a GOAT he really is (having the best team in a watered down expansion era).
