    Thank you for these videos. You are my go-to channel for Resolve. Not just for explanations on how to do what I can't figure out on my own but also new ideas and concepts I wouldn't have thought of on my own. You make everything clear and easy to understand AND when possible, you tell us how to modify it in case our needs aren't exactly what you're showing us. You're an excellent teacher. Thank you for your time on these tutorials.

    You just made my day, MrAlex!!! Impressive. Can you believe I've been doing that with fusion? I created multiple nodes including rectangle and so on, but now I see this method is pretty simple. I wonder if I can do a Square instead of a circle. And just add some quick rounded corners. Will test this out. :)

  • @sergey_tech
    @sergey_tech ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi, Alex, thank you for this tip (bought you a coffee). I'm using circle mask quite a lot in my tutorials, but I have trouble making it reusable. Initially I did everything in the "adjustment layer", but the problem it does affect all clips underneath leading to the main clip (in your case "gaming") masked too.
    I almost achieved this via "fusion", but my nodes became complex for this small setup and copying/adjusting details like radius/zoom for each clip is a nightmare.
    Thanks in advance!

    I'm wanting to set a hotkey or streamdeck button for cropping of my webcam from my video file in Davinci Resolve. My webcam is always in the same location in the video so it has static values for cropping of top, bottom, left, and right. Is that possible or do I have to manually input the values/adjust the sliders every time?
