And I have this question like so many times - As you've said that the houses can be shared (T3,T4 etc) in those, is the rent (just say 400 € /month) should be paid by each person renting there (if there are 2 students sharing the T3 flat) like should both be paying 400+400 (total 800 per month) or is it 200/month each ??
