    I built a similar set up in my metal gazebo. I mounted my projector on the ceiling and sealed everything off. Ran all my wiring and electric through the Posts of the gazebo and bought a cover for my receiver. Projector is the only thing I take in and out with me. Well Done!

    Nice setup! On your U-bolts, if you use 2 additional nuts and another plate to "sandwich" the metal frame, it will make the installation/adjustment maybe a bit easier. just a thought.

    Great video! One thing I'd like to add, regarding a projector and screen set-up. Before you purchase your projector, you have to know the distance from the screen and the screen size. Projectors all have different "throw ratios" that need to be taken into account if you want clear, full-screen video.

      We used ZeboZAP to mount to the corner of the gazebo by just strapping. Box came with the straps and simple tightening mechanism. Worth it. 😊

    What size is your gazebo? I bought a 100” screen for a 12 x 14 gazebo.

  • @jny78

    On windy days how do you keep it from moving?

    • @thatadhdmom7186
      @thatadhdmom7186  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is a handle on the bottom you use to pull the screen down. We put string through the that handle and then the string around one fo the deck board and tie it down. But because of the way its hung under the gazeboo it doesn't blow around too much so we have only had to do that once or twice.

    • @thatadhdmom7186
      @thatadhdmom7186  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's a Napoleon Gas Fire Pit. Its amazing. We got it at a fireplace store local to us since we could not find this model in big box stores. The big box stores carry some of the Napoleon fire pits but none carried this model near us. Here is their link www.napoleon.com/en/us/grills/products/outdoor-heating

    • @thatadhdmom7186

      Yes I used black zip-ties so they would be close to the same color as the gazebo roof and would not be that visible

      The privacy wood louver fence was a kit you can get at home depot. www.homedepot.ca/product/flexfence-4-ft-louver-hardware-system-for-decks-fences-pergolas-more/1000117979. Yes they are moveable like shutters :)

    How is the picture during the day?

    • @thatadhdmom7186
      @thatadhdmom7186  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The picture during the day is very faint but thats cause we have a very cheap $35 dollar projector so its not as good or as bright as most of the projectors out there. We plan on upgrading to a better projector next year, one that can stream Netflix, play video games etc. cause right now the one we have can only play movies when it's hooked up to a DVD player. When the screen is pulled down it acts like a 3rd wall during the day so it is pretty shaded under there, with the two privacy walls as well. I would imagine if you got a good projector that had better lumens like 3000 and higher it would work pretty well in the day light as well. Ours is only 1500 lumens so we only use it as a night time outdoor movie theatre.
