Rishi Sunak's constituency had a candidate named Count Binface. Look him up, you will not be disappointed.
The satire is a core part of British politics - and democracy. So-called "joke" candidates are a way for us to deliver a "protest" vote, while still voting and NOT spoiling the ballot. And it's always funny when the joke candidates beat legitimate, serious ones.

Count Binface always stands against the Prime Minister in General Elections. He also got more votes than the fascist candidate in the London Mayoral Election. His satire is serious. Long may his silver cloak swish.
One did, in the Hartlepool Mayoral race. Look up the Hartlepool monkey. He won first as a monkey, and then won two further terms with an increased majority.
