Rear garages are the most expensive and the largest. 5500 sqft $1,600,000

Could be that specific model. The pricing I saw from the builder stated they were a considerable bit less.

All the 70s lot are over 1,100,000 that is 1/3 of lots. Those are all alley garages

These houses are more money than st johns. A house in 7 pines sold more per square ft than Glen Kernan older coastal house. And a house in Glen Kernan just sold for 4.3 million

They stsrt there and if you want a higher toilet it's 400! If yoi want to change walls it's a 10,000 upfront non refundable. If you want a good quality sink it's a 3x the price.
