Thank you so much! That’s so exciting to hear! 🌸 Can’t wait for mine to reach that stage. How’s the fruiting process going so far for you? Any tips you’d like to share from your experience?
Hello! Thanks for watching all the way from the USA! 🌍🍏 Yes, apples can be grown in Ghana, especially if you choose varieties that thrive in tropical climates like the Wambugu apple. Let me know if you need more info!
I haven’t had issues with fungal infections, but I’ve dealt with aphids. I used rabbit urine for aphid control, and it also worked great as a foliar spray for leaf and vegetative development.
I can't recommend trees gor as I don't live in your country. There will be nitrogen fixing trees and bushes that grow in your country. You may need to do some research.
@@JudePowell-b3r Thank you for the advice! I’ll definitely do some research on nitrogen-fixing trees that thrive here. I’ll keep you updated once I plant them! 🌱😊

There is a WhatsApp group for Wambugu apple farmers in Ghana. If you are interested, I can share the link.
How old is bigger tress in your compound
The bigger apple trees are around 10 months old! They’ve really grown.
How do you deal with the problem of fungal infection in your apple plants organically?
I haven’t had issues with fungal infections, but I’ve dealt with aphids. I used rabbit urine for aphid control, and it also worked great as a foliar spray for leaf and vegetative development.
Have you tried any organic methods for fungal infections?
Where are you located?
We're located in Bungoma! 😊🌿 Where are you tuning in from?
I hope you interact with me
Where are your nitrogen fixing trees?
Great question! I'm planning to add nitrogen-fixing trees soon to support the apple trees. Do you have any favorites you'd recommend? 😊🌳
