4 years at $20K / year while traveling, although that's alot of money in other countries, it doesn't go a long way when you're paying for transportation, lodging, and food. This guy has paid his dues to arrive at the level of success he currently has attained. Respect!

According to the UN there are 194 countries including the Vatican. What does Drew consider countries 195, 196 , 197? Kosovo, Taiwan and Palestina? Or Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Nagorno Karabach? I wonder if he or someone else could explain this. Of course it's fantastic that he has been to every country in the world. His videos are quite amazing and extremely educational.
It depends on the way that it is counted. Some are also including the two non-member observer states of the United Nations : The Holy See and the State of Palestine.

I call him drew the scammer. He just wants cash. He has a 'travel class' for sale that he charges hundreds of dollars for, when all he does is pay some person to pick him up at each new airport, drive him around, protect him, hold his hand, while he films.

No doubt travel is great, but you also must be careful and very VERY wise. He's a white guy but he's also young and he's kept himself un assuming, meaning he makes himself as low key as possible. he's not trying to stick out like a sour thumb. Because least we forget, the worlds nations are going thru strife, and desperate people do desperate things, rob steal kill kidnap. and for those outsiders , you might as well paint yourself neon green.

There are so many beautiful people and places around the world, and you choose to only focus on the bad things. Is that really how we should live life? Just contantly worry about nuclear warfare and all the terrible things in the world? Obviously I'm not saying those things don't exist but it's pretty pathetic to say the news should always spread fear and hatred instead of positivity.

The US State Dept advises people not to visit many countries. I won't visit Jamaica because of the crime scene there. Mexico,Honduras,Brasil,Argentina,etc...are all dangerous to visit. This guy took lot of risk and I don't think it is wise for others to follow his foot steps. What is that you are going to learn from visiting Islamic countries? How to oppress women? What do you learn from visiting CHina,North Korea? How to oppress the entire population and deny basic freedom of expression?
Drew Goldberg charges hundreds of dollars for an online class to 'teach' people to travel the world. But all he did was hire someone in the new country to pick him up at each airport, hold his hand, and then he sat in the back seat filming, acting like he did it alone. I have met so many great world travelers, why focus on this tricky guy????
