I’ll add that while selecting sounds, to not change the volume while picking sounds; the reason is when you mix and mastery your track, if done without doing the proper technical work, you’ll risk losing the tones and sounds you used while listening during playback So the reason is because you still have to mix and adjust the sounds, use any other tools to properly create the song You also must train your ears to hear the sounds while at the natural volume Use the EQ to push sounds backwards and to pull them forward from the middle and you have to know how to do that Adjust the volume after compression and further adjustments Then mix the song and then master it yourself Never change volume of individual sounds You may change the volume of all the sounds using your DAWs master volume but not the individual ones because you need to know what they sound like
This is not dark since we have this is just regular Synthwave you can't make your Synthwave unless you're into metal. Otherwise you got nowhere to pull it from.
