Used to play this all the time as a kid! You ran through it a lot faster than I did though. I would try to explore the levels and get all the coins and stuff. Then again, I never beat the game. ;) Great to see it again after all these years.
That's nothing, what really terrified me was that bright green frog, that would follow me relentlessly like some kind of smiling Terminator. Now THAT was scary.

actually you can still play it by downloading BlueMaxima Flashpoint, an archive emulating and saving practically all flash games, since Adobe Flash will no longer be supported in 2021. Not trying to sponsor:)
This game was like a revelation when I found it while at my cousin's house in 2003. I'd never seen a flash game look this good before; instantly engraved itself onto my mind, a fun classic for sure! :)
The lack of extra health and extra life power-ups makes the game difficult. If they were implemented, the former should appear often and the latter should appear in the secret areas.
