Phraya Nakhon Cave & Temple; Thailand Seniors Survive & Thrive on the Hike!

We are LA & Dean Exploring Grandparents from Canada. We are in our seniors in our sixties and traveling the world when we can.
Please join us this week in Thailand in the Khao Sam Roy Yot National Park as we hike to find the biggest cave Phraya Nakhon Cave with a special temple inside it. Follow us as we navigate possibly too difficult steep steps on trails and an overactive amygdala causing feelings of nervous anxiety. We watched younger TH-camrs do this hike and hoped we seniors could do it as well. We hiked two hills, found a beach and a restaurant. Although the steps were uneven and rocky we still managed to make it all the way! We found the remnants of an old freshwater well from 1838. You will notice the various warning signs concerned with the health of the hikers. Once arriving in the massive cave you will see the land bridge. Thank you so much for joining us!
