Less waste and less queues? Okay but I thought of another positive! When you're filming the tickets churning out onto the ground there is less chance of a shot of that guys legs in shorts who stalks you in your vids! Or maybe you stalk him I dunno?! Seriously though it seems like a better system to me. Love the Willy Wonka machine in the vid.
Hahaha oh yeah he definitely stalks me 😜😂. That's the way round it goes. Him stalking me 🤣😂. Oh yeah definitely alot better. Less time spend getting people to fill up the tickets when they have no staff etc. Especially when matt jackpots them lol. Overall quicker and easier. Your not carrying around hundreds of tickets 😊🎟️
Well see I never have the problem of carrying hundreds of tickets, cause I never win that many! I win 10 and leave with a jelly baby. But I'm not hating on jelly babies! But my sister (who has a learning disability js) always seems to win loads! Many a queue Ive been in with her.
@@jasontuck-smith3896 yeah I'm not too bad at some of them. Some games are a bit of luck than skill. But matt can get a few tickets in a couple of days. But then he is in the arcades all day lol Bless your sister. I bet she loves getting all the tickets. 🎟️😊
Yeah maybe for your experience. But children quite like collecting the tickets and saving for some prizes. Each to there own isn't really. It's still a great arcade with a variety of games even if there were no tickets involved 😊
There's no way i'm using those stupid cards...fro starters why would anyone want the tickets &2, it's £1 a go on most ticket machines & my kids always end up getting 10 tickets when they have a go so it's basically stopping the kids having a go. Tickets should be BANNED as it's such a scam. Skegness has gotten much worse since covid & the pier has nothing to do in it now.
The cards are great. I've seen a few people use them. And there are games that everyone can try and win tickets 😊. Skegness has only improved in my opinion. But each to their own. 😊
@@TravelwithJodie1890 Tickets are a scam really as you can only use them in that arcade. Would be better if all of the arcades got together & did tickets that can be used in any of the arcades. So much unused space in the pier too, could fit fruit machines in the place still. Been on holiday twice to Skeg since the refurb but nobody was interested in anything on offer at the pier as we walked through (with kids)
@@imagecollections6665 the empire has 3 arcades next to each other with different games etc you can use the tickets in. I've seen many kids win a few tickets also. And you pay the money to have a go on the game anyway regardless, tickets are bonus for a prize at the end. Kids have fun just by playing the games. The arcades are individual companies too.
Due to my experiences with arcades. There are always ques putting tickets through the machines. Then half of them are out of order, so takes longer to do so. And generally makes it quicker and produces less waste. I do get the tickets side of things from a child's point of view and there are still machines that do that. You do still get the ticket slips. So can still collect just not tickets. On some of the machines.

some of the best arcades are in skegness with value and what they games they have. Alot of variety for all
fantasy island aswell is very good. especially the main one with loyalty card options
