- 简单快速版的砂锅鸡饭，🐔鸡肉又嫩又香，饭焦均匀，超级好吃😋
材料：4个鸡腿、1勺生抽、1勺老抽、1勺蚝油、1勺绍兴酒、半勺胡椒粉、1勺马拉松地球牌【初榨麻油头】、180克米、180毫升清水、葱花
1）把鸡腿洗干净去骨切块，抹干水份备用
2）加入1勺生抽、1勺老抽、1勺蚝油、1勺绍兴酒、半勺胡椒粉、1勺马拉松地球牌【初榨麻油头】腌制4小时以上
3）180克米洗干净，倒入砂锅加入180毫升清水煮至水开加入腌制好的鸡肉，盖上锅盖煮10-15分钟
4）淋上鸡肉的酱汁，再继续煮焖5分钟
5）熄火再焖个5分钟
6）撒上葱花即可开吃❤️
