It never fails to make me laugh so hard I near pee myself a little bit (I'm as old as dirt, the body ain't what it used to be!) also breaks your heart, cry, make you angry and shout at the screen. This is a superb comedy drama, so well written, not scared to drop F and C bombs very liberally. No spoilers but a scene with Gloria Akalitus, an elevator and a gay nurse called Thor - all will make sense. I was crying laughing. Cannot recommend this enough.
