Review about staying in a hostel in Ireland where there is Pods that you can sleep in rather than open bunk rooms. Looks to have taken the concept and design from the Japan Capsule Hotels I stayed in years ago. Lets see what its like 😀

Did you socialize with the other people in the room? And did you go out with them? I want to stay there at some point but I’m not sure if it would feel awkward or not lol
Amazing video! Also, those cabins are a lot bigger than I thought. I thought they were tiny & make you feel claustrophobic, but it looked massive when you layed down. And you sat up in it, so it must be pretty spacious
Thank you, really glad you enjoyed. For a value for money option it was great. Definitely enough space for me, didn't feel too small thankfully. Saw your other comment as well and yeah I met 2 of the others, one was a lovely guy who was travelling around Europe, had a quick chat with him and the other guy I just said hi to later in the night. The good thing about the capsules rather than open bunks was the element of privacy with the curtain pulled over so you could decide how social you wanted to be!! That suited me perfectly😁. Its a fun experience so if your interested in trying, give it a shot, and defo let me know how it went! 💪👍 cheers for reaching out.
I have never stayed in a capsule hotel, even while touring Japan. People always invited me or us to stay in their homes. And that was always amazing there in Japan. Japanese people are amazingly kind. Thanks for this excellent vlog, Paul. You are very talented at making quality vlogs.
Your so right about Japan, probably the friendliest people we have met abroad. My wife and I tried a double Capsule when we were over there, it's a pretty cool experience and a nice way to save a few bucks too. Nice to see Ireland get something like this too as it provides more options for the budget conscious. More than welcome as always mate 👍
Another great video.😊
Great to see Jacob back busking in Grafton Street- very talented.
Insomnia...thanks for the tip.
Your very kind, thanks for watching and the support.❤️ And for letting me know the buskers name too! He was great, very talented as you said 👍
Ehii, lovely video! I visited Dublin too, last year, in November,,
I really can remember many of these places that you filmed!
Thanks Antonio for taking the time to comment. It's awesome to hear that my video brought back good memories of your past travels.
I stayed in these in Japan and thought they were great. Will have to stay in one the next time I visit Dublin
How much was your stay? I’m visually impaired so can’t read the text.
Thanks for watching carefree1905. I stayed in a capsule hotel in Japan as well, it was a brilliant experience too! 🙂 This one is Dublin would not be as good but it only cost me €22.68 for the night! Excellent value overall. Definitely give it a go if your in Dublin in future 👍
Cool video, I pass most of those sights on my commute and never pay then much attention! Art of Coffee cafes are my favourite in Dublin☕️
Thanks David, when your used to a place the sights become just part and parcel of the day I guess 😊 Ah..good choice with the coffee chain, forgot about Art of Coffee, had it once and was impressed ☕ thanks for the comment
great video! nice to see Dublin from another point of view sometimes. also that dinner for 20 quid? 😢
Thanks a mill, really glad you enjoyed. I know right, that meal won't live long in the memory 😆!
Good for you young fella cheers
Thanks for watching Mike and for the nice comment, glad you enjoyed man 🙏
how was the temperature inside the capsules while you slept? thx
The temperature was good during my stay, not too hot thankfully! Unlike a lot of hotels! Let me know what you thought if you ever end up staying there 👍
@@gottawander cool, i'll try to remember. Staying there in august
@@blahblah8372sorry for being nosy lol but did you go? How was it?
Can you please tell me the name of it
3:37 👍
I'm surprised that you found a place to sleep.
Really, Is there a lack of hotel/hostel accommodation in Dublin? I know it's gone crazy in terms of prices for an overnight stay but didn't know there were issues with availability as well. (Outside the well known housing crisis of course).
Price per night?
Price reveal at 17:41 👍
