  • In the video, a white color new energy vehicle that was charging suddenly exploded. It generated a powerful shockwave that sent the car vertically soaring. It appears that the car was propelled to 3 to 5 meters. In slow-motion footage, it can be observed that parts resembling car doors were also propelled by the shockwave as the car shot upwards.

Some of this is pure anti China BS. The one supposedly going to a cemetery is suspicious as the language of the auto assistants in English, currently the Chinese domestic cars do not use English on the mainland. The sales in January plummeted as the government tax free incentive ended 31-12-2023, this resulted in record sales in December and a cliff drop in sales in January.

Makes since to me, if I was traveling from Columbus, GA. to Washington, D.C. at 732 miles, and made it only as far as 489 miles at Durham, NC for a few hours rest then I could probably reason with an EV that could get a 500 mile range. If I had the motivation to take it all the way in with only Pit Stops, then a Gas Car it will be. Overall, Gas Cars still reign Supreme for me.

People are FINALLY catching on, are they? It all looks like a movie the way the cars are jumping 3 to 5 meters into the air of their own accord and spontaneously catching fire as well. The best place for EVs are in the junk yard with the batteries encased in concrete in steel drums. Although, that last one could cause all sorts of havoc by itself. So much for the EV Movement. Word of caution: DO NOT park those “ Bouncing Betties” in your garage or you may wake up engulfed in flames or find your EV on the roof of your house or on your neighbor’s roof when you go out to go to work the next morning.

She meant she's happy to charge her spontaneous combustion vehicle with coal generated electricity.
Never mind the strip mines that rape & destroy the environment as it is extracted using slave and child labor, is processed, shipped & delivered using "fossil" fuels.
Ignoring these facts makes her feel all virtuous and "morally superior". Stalin used to refer to such persons as "useful idiots", assuming it's not a bot.
If so, then that term would apply to those in the industry marketing propogandists behind the bot. @@entangled31415

Also there was many cables connected to it so probably a make shift power supply that went wrong or a controlled detonation.

We had an e bike that caught on fire in the subway on the TTC in Toronto last week. It's a good thing the employees of the TTC were on the ball and got everyone out safely. The subway car was at a stop at the time, if it was underground things would of been a lot worse. There was so much smoke and ruin the car. Thank God everyone was okay one guy went to the hospital. I don't think they'll be allowing them on anymore.

Silly - it's a film set. The bystanders had their cameras ready.
    Yes, EV batteries explode.
At the off-gassing stage they can fill the cabin and blow the doors off.
At the thermal runaway stage they jet out sideways.
But there is never any possibility of cells propelling a significant downward force.
