Cheers for uploading this Dan, these were some good scenes, pretty tense as well. Phil took a big risk of danger here and he knew it as well but I can definitely see something developing between the two, it's looking more and more set that Rose Knight is Cindy as the case file being access denied makes sense for someone who could've gone into witness protection. Wednesday and Thursday should be good eps.
This hardly likely to affect them at all tbh since George comes out with the truth about Rose before the week is out anyway. Maybe they'll fall out eventually, Phil generally falls out with everyone eventually but I don't see it being that interesting. Even the show know now that Phil is too old, they don't really pit him against the very tough characters nowadays unless it's just all words. Nish is probably the likeliest bet for a Phil & Nish altercation because Phil can likely kick his arse whereas the likes of George & Ravi would batter Phil.
It's seeming more & more obvious that Rose is Cindy I'll be very surprised if it isn't at this point. Her file being restricted makes perfect sense of a person who went into the witness protection programme or something like that which Cindy must surely have had to in order to have faked her death & got out of prison. What Callum found out is going to be separate from whatever happened by George & her but of course it makes it look more suspicious.
Colin Salmon is probably the tallest soap actor ever, the only one who’s probably taller than him is Steve Jackson who played Trevor Dean from Coronation Street and Ben Dingle in Emmerdale.
@@forancetie9014 Well I can’t think of any soap actors taller than 6’4. Jurrell Carter (Nate from Emmerdale) is also listed at 6’4 but he looks shorter than that.
People saying that George would beat Phil but Phil’s had fights with all sorts and clearly isn’t scared of no one so I think he would beat George Phil was a boxer too
Quality scenes on eastenders and for some reason even though George is a great boxer Phil doesn’t even seem bothered or scared and actually looks angry and like he wants to fight George even though he would get battered although I could be wrong in my opinion even though George would beat Phil I could still see Phil landing some shots due to how eastenders writes the character so I’m looking forward to the upcoming episodes and eastenders has been smashing it lately every episode has you intrigued it’s nearly back to how it was in the 90s again.
I think Phil knew this was a risky move here though as he still hasn't known George for long yet so he can't determine what will and won't make him tick, so questioning him about his ex wife when he is in the perfect position to take his head off is definitely ballsy from Phil 😂 I don't think the writers will have them fight though, I can see a small feud developing between them but they'll avoid a physical confrontation to save Phil face.
Phil shouldn't even be able to land a punch. One hit from George & Phil should be seeing stars especially at his age. Phil can't even reach him, it would have to be a body shot. 😂
@@NoirFan84true mate but what goes in Phil’s favour is the fact George is also in his 60s aswell which is the only way I can see Phil being able to land a few shots but on the other hand George is nearly a foot taller and in considerably better shape and an ex championship boxer so realistically Phil would stand no chance but the writers will probably make it close knowing eastenders and say it was due to the fact they’re near enough the same age but in reality a guy like George should beat Phil 10/10 times.
@@KKB226he’s not the number 1 hardman on eastenders as we haven’t seen him have any feats yet whereas guys like Ravi and Jack have multiple feats so we can actually rank them but so far George has done nothing yet and it’s just his reputation but I imagine that will change in time and the number 1 hardman right now is easily Ravi.
Well let's hope it's true because we probably won't get a much better opportunity for something to kick off between Phil & George. I think the fact Callum's search highlighted that George has practically a clean record kills off the theory that George will be a villain which I never believed he was going to be anyway but that doesn't mean we can't see him have some good confrontations & maybe some thrown punches with people on the square. Maybe the show are at a point now with Phil that they'd let him take an L, especially if it's from a former boxing champion, as there's no real shame in that, George is obviously out if Phil's league especially Phil at his age.
@@NoirFan84 Very true and not just Phil I reckon George would destroy all the other hardmen in EastEnders if he wanted too. The only person I'd give a chance against George is Ravi. How do you think a scrap between George and Warren would pan out?
Phil holding the pads was pathetic and George’s punches were terrible aswell. I know they’re actors but come on. Makes sense they never sparred like the spoilers said because Phil would’ve got knocked out lol.
Really? Punches looked decent to me. Wasn't a serious sparring session anyway, they didn't even get dressed properly for it, was more of an activity just to do why thry talked. Don't think George cares about looking serious just sparring on a business chat when he's in the middle of working & hosting an event at The Vic.
@@NoirFan84 Mate have to disagree look how low Phil’s holding the pads for a start that’s not even amateur shit. Decent scenes, Rose is definitely gearing up to be Cindy
Phil and George’s friendship reminds me of Phil’s friendship with Dan. Can definitely see him and George becoming enemies like he did with Dan.

Looked funny when Phil asked for word and you see how tall he is
