If that was my money he’d of stolen he’d of got a smack not more threats and giving him more time to get the money when he clearly knows he hasn’t got it Phil is old so he doesn’t hit people anymore but he’s more than capable of punching a weakling like Reiss so I don’t get it as Phil back in the day would of punched Reiss by now.
I didn't believe for a second Phil was ever going to hit him. Not just because Phil doesn't hit people anymore anyway but also because of how Reiss is. Reiss is too pathetically cowardly that I think even the show know it would not be a good look having Phil assault him. Even with the fact Reiss has stolen off him, it would still look awful having Phil lay hands on this tragic cowering wimp. 😂😂 Honestly, the perception of it would not reflect well on Phil's character so I never thought the show would go there.
