We, the Hindus, even if we are tortured, massacred, abused, laughed at our customs and traditions, are going to keep fighting till the last drop of blood , to save our dharma which takes humanity to true and inner path !!!!!

You have proven more than an Expert in knowing and spreading the wisdom you have acquired about Hinduism (Sanatana Dharma) and a Linguist in language Sanskrit. Though I'm born and brought up in very cultured Hindu family, my knowledge is very limited and I've learnt many things from you and still am learning. I'm ever grateful to you Kavindra Rishiji (Jeffery Armstrong). Now, I've a humble request to make, PLEASE WRITE (AUTHOR) A DICTIONARY (NIGHANTU), ABOUT SANSKRIT AND HOW ALL THESE (GREEK, LATIN & SO MANY ANCIENT WESTERN) LANGUAGES EVOLVED (OR INFLUENCED) BY SANSKRIT, WORD BY WORD. We would all be enriched and enlightened by knowing all these details, if it comes out of your pen or at least under your stewardship. This is my humble and earnest request GURUJI !!! 🙏🙏🙏

@Vuite1985 have you ever seen how they stole our tech?
Aeroplanes (Vimanas) are already mentioned in the Vedas and other books as Aircrafts, all types of Aircrafts
Then Internet? Tulsidas ji talks about something called a "Megha Dootam" meaning "Cloud Messenger" where one could talk and watch another person in a device, while not being present there
Darkness? No electricity? Krishna, when was killed by a Hunter by mistake, then cremated, burnt fully but didn't have his HEART burnt
The heart was a metallic device which was also producing shocks, that's preserved in the Jagannath Puri temple
Also, JC Bose did discover electricity and electric devices just a little before the westerners did
The west didn't give JC Bose the credit for it
Aeroplane, of you ditch that Vimana information, was again built by 2 Marathi brothers or maybe Gujarati brothers, just a little earlier than the west
The west again stole that modern day thing too
The Vimana texts however are mentioned in our texts, and a German Christian Missionary Scientist actually learnt Sanskrit to convert Kerala people, but he got surprised when he saw Indians talking about Aircrafts in their books
So he stole that information and didn't give us credit for that
That is called the Rukma Vimana which he deduced, also many more Vimanas, go look it up
Also King Muchukand went to Swarg Loka (wrongfully quoted as Heaven) and fought the evil Asuras attacking Swarg
When he made the Devatas win, he asked for permission to go back to Earth, but was not allowed by Indra, the king of all Devatas, as he quoted 'King Muchukand, there's no one left for you on earth, all people you knew are dead'
      When Muchukand asked how
Then Indra says "only due to the pace of time has this happened, Earth's time flows very fast compared to Swarg Loka, so for that 1 year Muchukand was in Swarg, 1 era has passed on earth"
Also same story for Kakudmi and his daughter Revati (they went to Brahma ji, in Brahma loka, and there for the few 'minutes' they spent, 3 Chaturyugas (3*4= 12 Yugas) had passed on earth (time flows much more fast in Brahma loka, even faster than Swarg, that's why Brahma and Shiva and Vishnu are always superior to others, the Devatas are like mortal beings for those 3 Bhagwans)
Also Krishna showed Brahma a mind journey where they explored many different versions of Brahma, but couldn't physically meet them, some Brahma had 2 heads, some had 20, some had 10 thousand, compared to 4 headed Brahma in our universe, this is actually explaining of the Multiverse to Brahma ji)
Next up, there are legit carvings of cycles and astronauts and aliens in our temples go visit the old temples once
And also, in Tamil Nadu a temple has shown the Fertilization process (from sperm meeting ovum to child foetus being formed and then finally birth)
Also Tulsidas Ji's "Hanuman Chalisa" has a line
      Juug Sahastra Yojan Par Bhanu
      Lilyo Tahi Madhur Phal Jaanu
      Which means
      Juug = 12000 divine years
      Sahastra= 1000
      Yojan = 8
      Bhanu = Sun
So total 96 million miles or 153 million kilometres
So it says Hanuman thought of Sun as a Mango and went travelling for 153 million kilometres, only to see it's not a Mango
Seems childish but don't forget that "153 million kilometres" almost accurate distance (made into a poem)
For reference, Tulsidas was born 200-400 years BEFORE the 2 friends in west were born (who gave the distance of only 140 million kilometres, in 1621, and proclaimed to be the first to say the distance from Sun to Earth)
I can go on and on and on
We taught you entire NUMBERS, 0 wasn't the only discovery
Aryabhatta accurately deduced the duration of the day (23 hours 58 minutes) at his times, and also deduced the radius of the earth and the sun
You all westerners get happy by saying you taught about Earth Revolving around the earth?
India already had that, a book 2000-3000 perhaps million years old, called "Surya Sidhanta" has all the Periapsis and Equinoxes and seasons and so called "Kepler Laws" covered (Kepler did admit that he took this information from India but the western other fellows didn't allow this to be shown to the world, they hid it)
Major scientists like Carl Sagan, Schrodinger, Heisenberg, Neil's Bohr, Peter Hans Dur, Einstein, all have said they took inspiration from our texts
Why don't you also talk about Vedas already mentioning over 8.4 million species on earth? (Compare it to 8.7 million today, the book is old, species can increase)
And we also show 400,000 different Human variations, and talk about Human like ape species clearly quoting Humans and those beings all came from Apes genetically
From Biology to Chemistry to Physics to Astronomy to Astrology
      Every thing was from India
You all begin the year from January coz Jesus got born in that months beginning
But have you ever seen the months names
Surely, the Greeks and Romans and other western supremacists named the first 8 months on their name (couldn't name the last 4 as modern times begun)
But the names of last 4 are shocking
India has all languages agree that the Sky is called AMBAR/EMBER
Now, there are 12 Zodiac signs (derived from CONSTELLATIONS)
When the sun is in 7th (Sapt) Constellation in the sky (Ambar)
That entire month is called Sapt-Ambar or September
Same way, when it's in 8th (Asht) constellation, it's called Asht Ambar or October
Same way 9th (Navam) being Navam Ambar or November
And 10th (Dasam) being Dasam Ambar or December
Look how advanced we were and how you all basically stole our things?
Hypocrites, you are all looters of wealth from INDIA
Give it back, or atleast apologize and accept your mistake
      Your supremacy ends here
Don't dare to say this to Indians, we Indians (Hindus/Sanatanis) are very educated
Our culture has Education as number 1 priority since birth
While I have seen other cultures actually repelling science and maths from the culture
India is the only country which has this
No wonders why we were Vishwa Guru (world Leaders/Educators)
Even today your regions people come and watch Indian people teaching stuff on TH-cam for the sake of passing in their exams
      You cannot hide this
      Evil doesn't last long
Truth will come out sooner and later, and then no one would be able to trust you ever again in this world

But still it is annoying to see bengalis pretending to be like a british and thinking speaking englisj is cool and dressing up like them is cool, no ur identity is where u came from, never disrespect that and also teach ur children about ur rich culture and not disrespect it if u cannot follow the customs because we dont take the effort to study our vedas and term everytjing as silly or try to do behave so called posh

Vedic knowledge has no religion it is knowledge the world can benefit from of People are willing to listen. The great Vedas and puranas and Bhagvat Gita, are the only ancient texts that explain cosmology and science in great detail - why and how does the West and Christian and Islamic and some other religions choose to ignore it??

Here is a comment I wrote for a person in the comment section saying "India gave the world nothing at all, and we couldn't be living today had the West not civilized the world and make modern inventios"
Here is how it went :
have you ever seen how they stole our tech?
Aeroplanes (Vimanas) are already mentioned in the Vedas and other books as Aircrafts, all types of Aircrafts
Then Internet? Tulsidas ji talks about something called a "Megha Dootam" meaning "Cloud Messenger" where one could talk and watch another person in a device, while not being present there

    You cannot hide this
    Evil doesn't last long
Truth will come out sooner and later, and then no one would be able to trust you ever again in this world
On that not I end that reply I gave to that very person

The verb _ēducāre_ doesn’t come from Greek but from Latin. Also, Jeffrey Armstrong is mixing up two Latin verbs here : _ēdūcere_ which means ‘to bring out’ and _ēducāre_ which means ‘to feed’ or ‘to nurture’, even though both verbs have a similar root. It’s the second one (_ēducāre_) that gave English _educate_ and _education_. And the original meaning of ‘education’ is not just ‘pile up knowledge’, but ‘to make someone grow’, as it is still the case in other European languages such as French (_éducation_) or Spanish (_educación_).
Sanskrit _अधिकारी_ actually comes from the roots _अधि_ (‘above’ or ‘higher’) and _कार_ (‘work’). None of these roots can be related to Latin _ēducāre_ nor _ēdūcere_ since the latter verbs are from Latin root _dūcere_ which actually means ‘to lead’ or ‘to drag’. See the word structures here are completely different since the [d]/[dʰ] sound belongs in the preposition for Sanskrit (_अधि_) while it belongs in the main root for Latin (_dūcere_). So the connection between _अधिकारी_ and _ēducāre_ claimed by Mr Armstrong doesn’t make any single sense on a historical evolution. No serious linguist would agree to this.
Also, in the case of _religion_, I’m afraid he’s also wrong about the concept of ‘religion’ itself. It is not originally linked to any book. Actually the concept existed long time before Christianity in Ancient Rome, at a time when no Western people ‘believed’ in a single book. What was ‘religion’ though is precisely the cultural, social and political obligations toward the public and private gods. Romans, Celts and Greeks were extremely ‘religious’ in the sense that they worshiped the gods and respected the morality and the institutions of their tribes. It’s only when Christianity was forced on them that they turned to the Bible, but that’s a very recent story compared with Ancient Europe’s history. So there is technically a ‘religion’ in every society and every culture, including Hindu civilisation. It’s just that ‘pagan’ religions (such as Hindu, Greek, Roman, Chinese and Celt religions) do not rely on a single book like the Abrahamic faiths. Actually, it’s the Abrahamic faiths that were accused by Ancient Romans of not being a real ‘religion’. But Christianity has just turned the tables at the end of the Roman empire and claimed it was the only ‘religion’.
And it’s not true either that ‘nobody wants to talk about’ the history of cultural and economical encounters between Europe and India. It is well studied now, at least in academic circles. It’s just that it is not a focus in main education in schools or in mass media today because it’s easier to use stereotypical categories (such as ‘west’ and ‘east’ that actually never really existed). But the influence of Greek culture in Indo-Greek kingdoms, and the possible philosophical exchanges between Greco-Roman thinkers and Indian thinkers are now admitted. It still doesn’t mean that all knowledge comes from a single place. This kind of chauvinistic mindset is actually an Abrahamic behaviour : Jews, Christians and Muslims are the only ones who claim that ‘truth’ comes from some specific place (Jerusalem and Mecca in their case). I’m sure Indians, Romans, Greeks and Celts can do better than this.
I really believe it is in the interest of everyone, including Hindus, to be careful with history, anthropology and linguistics whenever we try to make justice to ideas. If we base our speech on half-truths instead of a precise knowledge of all the cultures we pretend to judge, then no serious academic or learned person would take that speech seriously. I really liked Jeffrey Armstrong’s speech in the beginning, until I found out that he was not precise enough on the concepts he uses. It may be because of his age since some old people who are well educated tend to mix up stories and concepts with time, or even forget important elements.
I’m sure Mr Armstrong’s new translations are relevant and are certainly insightful, and I believe his motivations are sincere and his main argument is fair. But I’m just answering the points made in the interview about languages and civilisations discussed here.

Note about me : I’m educated in linguistics myself, and I teach Latin, French and Spanish for international examinations. I lived in Asia for 15 years (South Asia and Pacific Asia) and I had the opportunity to learn some Sanskrit, but also Hindu and Buddhist myths and metaphysics. I’m really not an adversary since I believe Hindu philosophies are far higher than Christianity for sure. I also agree with Jeffrey Armstrong about how Christianity and Islam are much less intellectually satisfying than Hindu philosophies. I’m just making a point about being accurate on statements made by people who claim defending a side. History is more complicated than this. There is no perfect civilisation. We are all students of life in every country.
    शांति 🙏

It's funny, watching this and the other video on Star Wars and hinudism and in this the mentioned you mentioned the right handed handshake. When I was young in the early 80's, I went to a toy shop where Dave Prowse was dressed as Darth Vader to meet him. Not knowing how to shake hands, I gave him a left handed handshake. Which was not very wise looking back, considering he's Ravana and leaving his right hand free.

It is not a complaint against Jeffrey Armstrong, he did even more than any person could have done during his life. I am talking about some mature state decision of former colonizers.

Graham Hancock has made his career in researching a scientifically and culturally advanced lost civilization. Is this lost civilization not really lost? Is it just the Vedic culture that spread all of this knowledge across the world through ancient monuments, maps, and what not?

    • @charlo90952
      @charlo90952 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Yes. I think you're right. For instance, there's evidence of Vedic presence in Western Europe in the names. For instance, Canterbury is derived from Shanka-puri meaning Shiva's town. Thames is Sanskrit tamas meaning dark, dirty. It's a muddy river. England comes from Sanskrit anguli meaning finger. Historian PN Oak says any country name ending in ia is of Sanskrit origin. That's most European countries. Nearly every name of topographical features in Greece are named after places in India. Bachelor's degrees come from bramachary, an unmarried monk. So there's plenty of evidence that Vedic culture was prevalent in Europe. And maybe further afield since they undoubtedly had the ability to navigate across open oceans.

I thought about the term Abraham and I saw it could mean A Brahma, which could mean anti Brahma or an opposition to hindue pantheon. Abraham could more describe a political movement from East to the West. Then I read about the start of the Era of Chaos when Krishna died and I thought this movement was initiated by corrupted clerics.

There are many theories about the origin of the word "Rus". But the word "Rus" hardly comes from the word Rishi. There is an Indo-Aryan theory about the origin of the word "Rus". According to it, the word has the Indo-Aryan root ruksa-/ru(s)sa- ("light, bright") and "Rus" is being translated as "The White side". The other theory is Slavic. The Proto-Slavic root rud-/rus- has the meaning "red". Proponents of this theory suggest that the people got their name either from the name of the Ros River, a right tributary of the Dnieper, or from the name of the city of Rus (now Staraya Russa). There is a version that "Rus" is related to "riverbed" and could mean a hollow through which the river flows. Since the Eastern Slavs settled along the rivers, they could call themselves the "river" people, just as the Bedouins call themselves "inhabitants of deserts", and the coastal Chukchi - "sea inhabitants".
After the emergence of the state of the Eastern Slavs at the beginning of the IX century, various tribes united under the name of Rus. But during the period of feudal fragmentation of the XII-XIV centuries, Russia was often called only separate "central" principalities. Thus, in the Novgorod (city) documents, Russia was referred to as neighboring lands - the Novgorodians themselves did not consider their republic to be part of Russia.
In the Syrian chronicle of the VI century, the hros or hrus people who lived in the Pre-Caucasus were mentioned. Whether they were related to the Russians is not known for certain. The Byzantines, who were in constant contact with the Eastern Slavs, mentioned certain Dews in documents from the 9th century. In Orthodox Byzantium, this name did not come from the word "Rus", but from the Holy Scriptures, where the militant northern people of Rosh are mentioned. In Greek, the Hebrew sound [sh] was pronounced as [s], and therefore the biblical tribe of Rosh turned into ros. It was also noted that the roses got their name for their appearance, but the ancient authors did not explain what features of appearance they were talking about. But, given the root "red, red", scientists have suggested that the roses were fair-haired and red-faced. The latter could be a consequence of the Northerners' stay in the southern sun.
In the work of the Byzantine Emperor Constantine Porphyrogenitus "On ceremonies" of the 10th century, the word Rosia is found for the first time - the land of ros. The word quickly entered book usage and from Greek church books in the late XIV - early XV century it entered the Russian language. Already in the XV century, in Russian records, the concepts of "Rus" and "Rusia" (with one "c") began to be used on equal terms. In documents of the XVII century, the second word began to occur more often than "Rus", and was written after a doubled "c" - probably by analogy with the word "Russian". Under Ivan the Terrible, who assumed the title of tsar in 1547, the Grand Duchy of Moscow became known as the Russian Kingdom (or in the Byzantine manner - Russian). In 1721, Peter the Great renamed the Russian Kingdom into the Russian Empire. There are doubt regarding origins of the names of other countries mentioned during the talk.
    (Best regards from Russia).
