the hardest part in becoming a band is to find a place for practice (at least in a metropolitan regions) and to get everybody to come regularly to practice , tried that in 5 attempts and in 4 cases it lagged one of these 2 and made the band fail in the end... its hard to find the right musical companions really ! the ramones must have been really outstanding with this ... or it was the time back then in the 70s where people where naturly more prone to show social instead of own ego support/comitment, idk....
