I also faced this issue in my Honda sp125 with Honda engine oil 10w 30 , this occurs due to oil temperature and flow , viscosity of this oil not up to the mark , after 3000km I changed shell advance longride 10w50fully synthetic engine oil that's awesome ❤ no more engine idling in morning in Honda 10w30 it's took around 1 min to normal after shell advance it takes around 5secs some times no more waiting and major changes during long ride

Honda Service center la use panra oil i.e Honda 10w30 MA 1 lit is best recommended bro, use this oil because it covers Honda's Engine warranty about 3 years.
After that you can change grades like 15w30
But i recommend Ask in Honda Authorised service center
Then you can change other brands as your wish

You can change this Motul 20W40 premium , but 20W40 premium is mostly used for high performance bike, commercial vehicle about above 180+cc
