Servings: Makes around 5 - 6 wraps
►INGREDIENTS
►Chicken Wraps
2 large chicken breasts (Around 1kg or 2.2lbs)
1 tsp. blackpepper
1 tsp. red chilli
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika powder
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried oregano
Juice of a lemon
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. oil for cooking
1 shallot or onion
►Prep
Lettuce, tomato, onions and jalapenos
Cheddar cheese as required
5 - 6 tortilla wraps
►Sweet Chili Mayonnaise
1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. distilled vinegar
250ml sunflower oil
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
3 tbsp. sweet chilli

Great vid chef!!! How long do you mix the sauce because mine doesn’t come out thick like this one ?
Touch of oil and mix until combine then you can slowly start adding more oil. If you add too much oil at the start, emulsion won't occur and your mixture will break. Start over, check out my new video
