I have a friend that had been working on the app for hours trying to find where to end the code to send pictures. She’s not had any luck. Any help from “another person phone app” to connect to the device would be helpful.
The directions leave much to be desired. I got as far as setting up an account after about six tries because it would not send me another link for an email. Then I got to the part where it said it sent me a code to allow me to add pictures - never got the email and no instructions on what to do next. Maybe when I get all the undocumented kinks out it may be useful. So far it would not get a very high rating from me.
It's been a while since I set it up, but as I recall, the setup wasn't as intuitive as one would hope for. I don't recall having an issue setting up an account and getting the app to work. That is a bummer that you're not able to get the code to add pictures :(
I put in the wrong password and it wont let me change it. Any suggestion? Thanks.

I haven't had to mess with it since I got it setup many months ago.
My screen is stuck on the home page-any advice how to fix that? I can't get it to return to the gallery.
I haven't experience that problem so I'm not sure what the fix is. Is it working now?

I purchased it for my Mom so I don't have direct access to it to help out unfortunately. Did you check their support page by chance?
You didn't tell us how to plug in? Mine is not powering up, what is trick with that plug?
No trick, just plug it into the wall and give it a couple of seconds to boot up.
